Spacious House with wide Parking Area and Lawn at Damosa Lanang asub Davao linnas, 3,7 km kaugusel Abreeza ostukeskusest, 6,2 km kaugusel Rahva pargist ja 15 km kaugusel SM City Davaost. Exellent big house and nice clean. They had respecrable house rules. The caretaker was lovely and very helpfull. Had to extend for 2 more days. Its very close to airport and Sm lanang. Definitly will be back :) its mutch better then to be in small condo

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Davao, whether for business or leisure for family and friends. We willl definitely be coming back to D Arches Place!

Nice homestay with two bedrooms and a living room all aircon. Also basic kitchen facilities and easy parking. Most helpful people with great attitude to help. Most laid-back Dahican beach just a few minutes by car, good for swimming and beginner level surfing. Further away also bigger waves.

Well appointed. Fun, bright decor. Strong AC. Living room with giant big screen, AC is cooler than in bedrooms which was fine for me. Comprehensive kitchen with appliances. Nice bathroom and shower. Many local food vendors across the street on Timog Avenue. A pleasant 24 hour 7/11 convenience store across the street. Plenty of motorcycles and tricycle cabs to transport you to/from town early morning and late evening, which was fine and enjoyable for me. 50-100 pesos each way to downtown 10-15 minutes.
