The host was very nice, and give us good advice for places to see and do on the island. The yard is very nice placed in a quiet part of Laganas.

The location, beautifully proportioned and equipped villa. Very nice pool and surgically clean and the staff can't do enough for you. If you are staying in Planos you need to stay here.

The location is great, the hosts are super nice and friendly, Rocky is adorable, the facilities are great, the view is stunning! The garden is beautiful!. The rooms were cleaned everyday and our laundry washed. This was much more than we expected. Highly recommend it!

Location was perfect, Marianna met us with keys and water and showed us to our room, peaceful and beautiful views, you can order breakfast or dinner day before, we had dinner and it was amazing, beautiful real greek food, Christos and Marianna are great hosts

Athenea Villas, Private Pools & Gardens is a traditional Ionian-style complex, just 500 metres from the beach. It offers country-style accommodation with free WiFi and views over the Ionian Sea. Usually, we remember our stay by the people and their attitudes. The owner and her son are wonderful people. They were there for us all the time and provided everything we needed. We got much more than just kindness here! The view is wonderful. The pool was used mainly by our two children, while parents had the opportunity to enjoy the nearby special area under the stars, where we were relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view (we used it for some time to ourselves and a glass of champagne:)). I recommend a visit. You will be delighted by it all.

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, a five-minute walk from St. Nicholas Beach, Alegria Villas Complex consists of self-catering houses overlooking the Ionian Sea. Our fabulous villa with private pool was a highlight and an oasis for our stay in Zakynthos. The colourful quirky decor was wonderful. Very comfortable beds. The set up works like this: Ground floor - a queen bedroom and a bathroom next to it - not en suite. Living/ dining/kitchen area and out to the pool and terrace. Downstairs, a huge living area and bedroom with a spa bath. Kitchenette, bathroom and a washing machine - no access to outdoor - BUT there is a door that leads out so possibly I just hadn't figured it out. This area is so big its like a separate apartment. Upstairs - a big attic style room with two twin beds pushed together to make a king bed - but you do see the division between the two - they are clearly two separate beds - not a problem for us. Note there is no bathroom upstairs, you use the bathroom on the ground floor, so essentially you are sharing the bathroom with the bedroom on the ground floor if that makes sense. Lia, the host, was incredibly helpful with restaurant and local advice which we really appreciated. Hope you find my review helpful.

Exensian Villas & Suites lies just 150 metres from the beach of Marathia. It offers amphitheatrically built villas with private pools with hydromassage. The villa was perfectly located , walking distance to two restaurants. We loved the fact there were various terraces to eat/drink or just relax. The bedrooms downstairs away from The kitchen were perfect for 4 teenagers whilst we had the upstairs room so heard no noise . The pool was always kept clean with plenty of loungers and pool towels available . The view was amazing and I saw the most beautiful sunrises
