Situated less than 1 km from Ruka Ski Centre, these cottages are just 100 metres from Lake Talvijärvi. Each provides a fully-equipped kitchen, a private sauna and a wood-burning fireplace. Perfect cottage with everything we needed. The fireplace and sauna were both incredible, and ski storage was very handy.

Nice area surrounded by forest and a few other cabins and the drive was great for sledging! Well stocked kitchen although couldn’t find tea towels anywhere! Great big fire to take off the chill and fully stocked shed which you were allowed to use the sledges and toboggans during the stay which was brilliant! It is a perfect cabin!

A wonderful, cosy place in a truly picturesque area. It looks magical in winter and would be just as amazing in summer. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the host permitted us to enter early. Very responsive. The place was awesome and cozy. Very close to the ski resort. Exactly what a group of 4 friends needed. We used the sauna and the fireplace. The host provided easy to use instructions for all the appliances.

The location is perfect, being very close to the ski slopes and easily accessible. It was spacious, and the decor was great. It had everything one might need for a stay in Ruka. All the instructions are conveniently written down, and everything was really straightforward. There is a nice kitchen with all the items one needs.
