They upgraded us for free to a bigger chalet with a hot tub. They prepared a log fire for us to use outside. And we had a barbecue. Everything inside the chalet was shiny and new. Who could ask for more! Great value for money and all round wonderful experience.

The decor was amazing and had all amenities. The seasonal decor was a very nice added touch. Very kid friendly and very accommodating hosts.
