Nice quiet neighorhood and the neighbors were very friendly. The house was comfortable and extremely clean and it had everything that was needed. We had easy access to enter the house. I will definitely stay again and I highly recommend.

We loved that the apartment is in a very exclusive, quiet, secure and peaceful area, close to many excellent restaurants and shopping areas. We also loved our warm and inviting host Fabiola as she helped make our first trip to Puerto Rico so enjoyable. Her local knowledge and advice were indispensable, and she went out of her way on many occasions to provide help. We had arranged with her to pick us up from the airport on arrival, which is highly recommended as some of the taxi drivers don't know the area. We are also interested in nature, and she showed us some of the best places to see birds in the neighborhood. As it was Xmas, the casa was delightfully decorated and lit up with Christmas lights, and the house interior is elegantly furnished with beautiful pieces of art. On our second day we picked up our rental car from Enterprise which has an outlet less than 1km away down the street which is also very convenient. During the evenings we tended to leave the car at home and just to walk to the plaza to eat, taking time to admire all the beautiful Xmas lights around Tintillo. Would definitely want to come back here as it is a great base with a host who is true gem.

Location location location. The property is closer to the beach and there's also a lot of restaurants near it. Cleanliness was at a 10. It is a self check in place, so read the instructions carefully, and you'll have no issue. Highly recommended
