From the very beginning, our stay was beyond special – Kostas surprised us with a free upgrade from the king studio we had booked to an incredible two-bedroom apartment, and that thoughtful gesture set the tone for everything that followed. He even helped us find a free parking spot near the villa, which made our arrival so easy. The apartment was stunning: beautifully renovated, full of charm, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the old town. It had every comfort we could think of, plus thoughtful extras like a high-quality coffee machine, a selection of homemade treats (we were lucky to visit during Easter and got to enjoy traditional tsoureki), and a balcony with the dreamiest sea view. The view from the balcony was straight out of a postcard — overlooking the sea, the old walls, and the charming rooftops — while the inside felt like stepping into a warm, vintage dream. We also bought and enjoyed his own wine, named after the villa – such a personal and lovely touch! Kostas welcomed us so warmly, we truly felt at home. You can feel the love and care poured into every detail of this place. We left with full hearts – and we can’t wait to come back.

The view and facilities were amazing. we were only 2 person but the property can host even more than 4 people with its 2 twin beds and sofa in the main room. it was super clean and you will find everything you need; coffee machine, air conditioning, washing machine etc.. i would recommend the property owner to put a glass door to the shower since it has a huge place to do it. curtains generally leak water and are not long lasting.. also the wifi connection was slow. these will step up the staying experience to top level. the last thing is about the hilly shape of the city. if you are not good at walking in slopes, although the property is 1km close to the center, it is not easy to walk and you may need to use your car to arrive to the center. if you do so, use the parking area near the kavala port. it is operated by municipality and as cheap as 2 euros for 6 hours. the property has a private parking lot so you will not struggle to find a parking place while your stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kavala Bay View and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Denis and Niki went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, and eager to assist with any request. Special thanks to Denis and to his wife Niki for his exceptional hospitality. The house amenities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the spacious balocny which added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to our stay. The location of Kavala Bay View provided a peaceful and quiet retreat. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this stay if you are staying at Kavala and we will definetly return in the future. Thank you, for a truly exceptional experience!

very clean, very cozy and fancy and minimalist appartment with a beautiful terrace to chill and very kind owners. It is a +/- 15 minute walk to the center.

Everything was great! The area is very quiet and it’s practically in the forest. The yard is big (our son had a lot of space and was enjoying the outside) and has some seesaw, football goal, sport balls for kids. The owners are the nicest people! They were very attentive and helpful! Fulfill all of our requests. The house was clean and cozy! The fireplace (considering the timing it was cold at night) created a special atmosphere! Also, there is a parking space (which is a huge plus).
