This place feels like home not a rental. You will find any little thing needed in casual day. House is located subburbs of Berlin with an amazing back garden. On the end of You there is even a boat hanging over and canal ready to swim away right with Your morning coffee. It's very quiet neigberhood. I haven't seen a walking person after 8pm in any of 5 days we stayed here. It's hard to tell all the things they are here, I named only little few and our stay was in November when weather is bad, but this kinda "summerstyle" area is deffinetly great in cold times too. Loved it!

The hotel has a private touch like a B&B which I liked. Charming room, friendly staff and a decent breakfast in a cozy room. I was there on the weekend and during the night could hear a bit of the club situated in the same building - but as I chose the hotel also for its location, this didn't really annoy me.
