The best location and gorgeous grounds. This is my third time staying here. The location is beautiful and the free kayaks are such a nice touch. The waterfront room is HUGE and comfy

We did not eat the breakfast. It was not to our standards. Coffee was terrible and the food there wasn’t hardly any food.

The only things to do in Key Largo are, Eating, drinking, go on Snorkeling or Scuba Diving tours. When we arrived our 1st stop was at the visitors center where the lady told us that there is not much to to do in Key Largo, no beach, no snorkling from the shoreline unless as she put it "if you want to see rocks and small fish". She was right about that.

Nice place for a romantic getaway. Beautiful ocean view, assorted sea life. Jet skis, kayaks, snorkeling and scuba diving if you want. Lots of delicious dining options. If you are looking for the late night dance and party scene, look elsewhere.

Shower hot water handle was broken and water would not turn off! We had to shut water off and call the phone number we were provided when we booked. They had Noone at the Marina to help us. They never called back when they said they would. Didn't send anyone until the next day. We had to leave after two nights and book a hotel room. We went back to the boat to get water we had left and another captain told us they sent someone out and whatever he did ended up with the boat going under the sink line!!! They placed the blame on us and refunded us zero!!! We were there to sleep for two nights only and took EXCELLENT CARE of the boat! Do yourself a favor and do not book with this boat owner!!!

Key Largo is a great little island with a lot to do.
Key Largo is a great little island with a lot to do. I highly recommend getting your open water scuba certification. The reef is wonderful to explore. Get to know the locals as they are wonderful people with a wealth of knowledge. The food is excellent and all the restaurants are top notch!
Bay Harbor Lodge is a true HIDDEN GEM in Key Largo!!! This quiet boutique resort is located directly on the water with it’s very own palm tree right on the beach! The entire premise is absolutely beautifully landscaped with lush trees and plants! The cute permanent “food truck” on the property serves homemade scones every morning. Our favorite flavors were the coconut pecan and pineapple scones! The owner and staff are all absolutely awesome and truly cared about our stay! We will definitely be back!!!!
TERRIBLE
We had planned on the transit in key largo a stop for two nights. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very shocked at first. The room did not meet the expectations and pictures. It was also musty and dark.
We wanted to leave immediately. We agreed with the hotel that we would pay for the first night and the second night would be refunded.
The money was never refunded! On multiple detailed request to the hotel would never be answered.
I want my money back !!!
In no way recommendable!
Amazing place to stay. Big rooms with all you need: hairdryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, large wardrobe, a lot of space to put your clothes. Big parking lot, pool, gym. Amazing people all around the property. So kind and welcome. In front of hotel you have many scuba diving centers and just a few minutes walk you have grocery store, starbucks, dunkin and so on. I wish we could stay longer! Feels like home.
Room very clean upon arrival, pools well kept (2 of them!), you can fish right outside your door on the canal, and beautiful relaxing outdoor space with fire pit for a nice evening outside! A few restaurants nearby - but pretty centrally located for Key Largo/Tavernier/Islamorada (Upper Keys) activities… of course you can always drive down to Key West within a couple hours! Great value for the Keys👍🏼
This is what I described as a Schitts Creek hotel and I loved the "retroness" of it. Property is right on the water with great Adirondack chairs and some lounge chairs. They had charcoal grills for use. Lite tiki torches at night. Each room/cottage had a small table and chairs to sit outside and a free Continental breakfast. Pets allowed! Free parking too! Kayaks for use for free! Staff was friendly!
The apartment was lovely and large with a gorgeous view (although cars do park in front on the beach so it's not as nice as the photos). The location was lovely with lots of nice bars and restaurants around so is a great stop off down to Key West. I took a kayak out and was surrounded by manatees which was incredible.
Location was perfect with lots of local amenities around - better than other resorts in Key Largo. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice room interior. Lovely pool and seating by the ocean. Discount at Snooks restaurant next door. Would stay again
terrible hotel for the price!!! Key largo is simply overpriced. We payed over $400 for the room ( same price as Mandrin hotel in Miami) for 1 night. Dirty floors, terrible pillows, tiny shower, no umbrellas by the beach. Just a run down motel. Will not be back
We had an amazing time at this authentic Florida Keys hotel! Our room by the water let us watch dolphins right from our patio. Live music and delicious island spice food made everything perfect. It felt like a dream! Can’t wait to come back!
I traveled to Key Largo alone for some "me" time and Amoray was perfect!!! It wasn't too crowded and I LOVED the french doors and beautiful wooded porch. I especially loved the outside outlets so I could plug in my laptop outdoors.
Room was clean and fairly recently redecorated. Good shower and bed was comfortable. However its all very basic and not trying to be up market. I would class it more as a motel than a hotel. The bar area is very Florida Keys.
We had never been to this part of Florida. The hotel was great the room was not what I booked in the photo but it was large and comfy.. There is not much to do in the city unless you do water sports.
Great spot in Key Largo, tucked away from the business of Rte 1 but close to get places. Pool access here and at sister property were great. Watching the boats and wildlife was a plus.
You can actually open the windows which is a nice outlier in nowadays US hotels. The room was spacious and met our expectations. The pool areas were clean and stylish with sunbrellas.
Gorgeous property! The landscaping is spectacular, and you can see a million stars from the dock at night. The rooms are quaint and feel like nostalgic Key Largo, very clean!
