The room layout was wonderful! With the bathroom and coffee maker in a "nook" not facing the sleeping area, I made a cup of coffee without disturbing my husband who continued to sleep.
There was ample space in the breakfast area for everyone and you didn't feel like you were crammed together with the other guests.

Very nice place to visit If I had more time I would probably be a little bit more adventurous but when it’s business, I pretty much stay close to the room or whenever I’m doing business I’m at the facility.

Lot's of sightseeing around Flagstaff...such as the Sunset Crater Volcano...pretty cool to see the lava streams. The Meteor crater is also worth exploring and lots more such as Grand Canyon. If you like hiking I'd recoommend to buy an annual NATIONAL PARK PASS for ony $80.-...considering Grand Canyon is $35.- entry and other parks are about $25.- you get your money back in a couple of days.

The location of the hotel was ok.
The location of the hotel was ok. Would I book it again, probably no. We’ve arrived a bit late and the dinner plus drinks didn’t meet the criteria of the charges. Therefore, sit by the fire pit, but bring your own food and drinks because the restaurant inside will absolutely rip you off. Hotel itself had pretty friendly and helpful staff.

Flagstaff is a nice place to visit, but being a university town, and the Snow Bowl attraction, causes it to be very expensive. Housing, lodging are comparatively over priced compared to out lying areas.

Unless I was just in a bad part due to where I needed to be for my bus to Albuquerque, it’s basically an industrial town with not much to do. It’s like a massive truck stop. Definitely not worth visiting.
The beds were comfortable. There was a couch bed as well which was nice. Breakfast was gid with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, and pancake options. The pool was a little cold and the hot tub could have been a touch warmer but it was nice. The hotel seemed to not be in the nicest part of Flagstaff and close to the railroad tracks but we saw no trouble and didn't hear any trains during sleeping hours. The pizza place right next door was very good.
I was welcomed by a friendly staff member. Check-in went quickly. The rooms are not large, but they were perfect for our family's needs. We all slept like babies. The best part, however, was how clean the rooms were. We've been burned before by gross Flagstaff hotels, so we were very pleased at how clean this hotel was. The price was also a huge benefit. One of the better priced hotels near NAU. We'll definitely book with them again.
We stay at this hotel every time we visit Flagstaff. The location is a little off the downtown area, but I rated it high on location. I do this because it is on a major route and just a few miles from downtown proper without having to deal with skinny streets and one lane traffic. A short Uber/Lyft ride and you can experience all the downtown area without any of the headaches.
My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Little America Hotel in Flagstaff. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the workers were kind enough to upgrade our room and add other accommodations to make our stay even more special. Great customer service, beautiful room and view, and an overall incredible stay at this lodge. We will definitely come back!
Super friendly staff, excellent service. The nightstand features some four or five power outlets - something I can't even find in the super expensive 5star hotels. Breakfast is also top. This hotel is a great example that you don't need a brand new hotel to make a stay perfect for the guests. Clean, comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest!
Great place to stay, not terribly far from Sedona and in what seemed like a safe area of Flagstaff. Everything was very comfortable, rooms are relatively small but very cozy and clean. Breakfast was on par with any other hotel and their rates per night are very fair compared to surrounding hotels (in my opinion). Would 10/AP recommend, thanks Sleep Inn!
We loved the hotel! The rooms were updated and nice with comfy beds. The hot tub was our favorite part! It was so nice being able to soak in it and relax after a long day of sight seeing! We also really enjoyed the fancy coffee machine in the lobby. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Flagstaff.
Front desk staff were excellent with my check in and provided thorough overview of the property, pet rules, etc. Excellent location in Flagstaff right off I-17. If you don't want hotel breakfast there is a breakfast restaurant across the street from the hotel which has a good selection. Overall a good stay.
Comfortable beds, sheets, pillows. Fridge and microwave in room. Laundry onsite and you can get quarters from reception. Unlike most Flagstaff hotels this isn't across from the railway line so the train noise was pretty minimal - I slept very well.
After reading all the poor reviews, I was expecting to be disappointed, but the room was fine and everything was in working order. The large television was really nice. The hotel is very convenient to the downtown area of Flagstaff.
The hotel is conveniently located a short distance to a choice of restaurants; the room was large enough to accommodate the 4 of us comfortably; and breakfast was included, which is a plus when traveling with kids
Not too expensive, clean, front desk associate when we arrived (Fey?) was very kind and helpful with tips on where to go for food/drinks, good location (though many other hotels are located there as well).
Great location, hotel is super neat mountain cabin styled. Excellent breakfast, walking distance to several other restaurants, close to downtown Flagstaff. Front desk staff are so nice and friendly.
Hotel is well located and close to many restaurants and amenities. Room big, clean and comfy. Staff friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Flagstaff
Love the location, look, cleanliness, and staff of this hotel. This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here on our travels through Flagstaff.
Great hotel in Flagstaff. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. We appreciated the breakfast and pool facilities. We would stay here again.
