Lots of updates since last visit, walking street is down the tubes, allot more expencive now and too crowded... And dont go during water festival/ New Year April 18ish week unless you just want to play in the water festivities, or just a day or two into it, tourist kind of took over and it's just a crowded mess with everyone trying to get you wet, again mainly tourists... You want to go out at night you get wet then go into an a/c place, not a good combo... If your walking fair game... Plenty of other places to go instead of walking street now... I was there about 10 days and only briefly went down walking street one nite, used to be a fun area...

Came for the Songkran celebrations so I didn't explore much of the beach itself, but the city is great! Lots of amazing Indian restaurants and cheap massage parlors with the nicest ladies who even gave us restaurant recommendations. Will come back to fully experience Pattaya.

Stayed for 1 night as a stop over, before heading to Koh...
Stayed for 1 night as a stop over, before heading to Koh Samet the following day. We then stopped 1 more night on are way back from Koh Samet, which was just at the start of Songkrans. Had an amazing time and cant wait to get back. Although we stayed at the far end of Pattaya, there was still plenty to do and it was more than easy enough walking around or getting local transportation, all at a very reasonable price.
My only disapointment was not being able to stay longer.

The hotel was lovely, spotless clean cleaning lady couldn't do enough and was constantly smiling. Had little issue in the room and it was sorted immediately. Hotel is very good price is good and the location excellent, would definitely come back.
The medium sized room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and efficient with good English. I enjoyed my stay and the good buffet breakfast.
The hotel is just 200m from the beach and a 5 minute walk to many shops, bars, restaurants.
The shower, airco, lighting, frig, tv all operated well with good cupboard space, chairs and
tables. The two small swimming pools are clean and well cared for.
The hotel is good value and situated in quiet soi 2 beach road.
Location was excelent , few minutes to soi 7 , soi 6 , termimal 21, Honey-1, sabai deen massage places, central festiva, Central mareina shopping complexes and easily walk to beach road and reach walking street, soi 13/1,13/2 .
any one travelling , my advise omly use BATH BUSES , YOU ONLY NEED 10 BATH TO GO TO ALL THESE PLACES. Can have a world class foods from terminal 21 food court , price is lower than any place in pattaya.

Everything was great. We had composer room and private lounge so great to have some refreshments, drinks included wine. The room was perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Swimming pool is nice and has some outdoor activities as well. Breakfast options are generous.
Hard Rock cafe was also very good and tasty.
It is one of the best hotel on the beach street of Pattaya.
Lovely hotel great staff big rooms beautiful pool fantastic location 5 minutes walk from beach turning opposite hotel walk down there to beach when at beach turn left another 5 minutes walk and you are at walking street. Literally hundreds of bars and places to eats Couldn't fault the hotel and area had a great time would go back there again next time I go to Thailand.

I really enjoyed staying at the Leela Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness area was the best I’ve had so far in Thailand. It wasn’t too big, but had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is also great, close to Pattaya Beach and away from the noise. The hotel itself has a lovely green nature part too.
The location was very good (between Second Road and Beach Road) and adjacent to central Festival Mall.

It is always handy to have a 7/11 store close by and there was one right next door.
The staff were very welcoming particularly the doormen, who always gave a friendly greeting.
Good location terminal 21 and central marina complex 5 minute walk away. Walking street beach road can be got via 10 baht bus within minutes. Newish small clean basic rooms. Shower cubicle and shower head the best I’ve come across. Valuables Safe in room. Television in room basic Thai channels. Staff pleasant and efficient.
The location was best. There was Pattaya night market exactly opposite to the gate of hotel and also lots of restaurants. Just behind the hotel is Pattaya beach. Within a km “walking street “. So location is best.

It's a perfect location walking 2 minutes to the Beach Road or to the Second Road but also near Soi 7 that is full of pool bars, in the hotel from the higest rooms there is a lovely panoramic view
