Plenty to offer for a short stay in this the town.
Plenty to offer for a short stay in this the town.
Lots of culture, with Temples and museums.
Also a good mix of restaurants to suit all food types and Pub street if that’s your thing.
Spoons is a fantastic restaurant, it’s a social enterprise company that serves the most delicate food! The chicken is highly recommended and all profits are put back into the community to help disadvantaged young people! A win win!

Felt very safe walking around day and evenings, friendly locals greeting me, polite and courteous people, a lovely city living up to its reputation as Cambodia's Holy City.
Easy to get around - ask the price first when you engage a tuktuk or other transport. Lots of restaurants and accomodation options for all budgets. Get a massage - ! You'll leave feeling good.

We liked Siem Reap because it felt authentically Cambodian but with enough resources to meet your needs.
At times it is dusty, hot and somewhat chaotic but in a nice small town kind of way.
In addition the Cambodian people are probably the nicest I have ever met.
From an activity perspective the Angkor Wat complex probably needs 3 or 4 days minimum and then there are enough other things to do around the area to keep one busy for another 2 weeks if one so wished.

Get there before more people get there.
Get there before more people get there. Big enough that there are lots of options. Small and clean enough to feel comfortable. The Covid rebound has not taken full affect so there are tourists but not insane. Very good food options at all price points, options for tours, cheap transportation, we came away impressed and would recommend it.

A journey deep into the heart of memory.
A journey deep into the heart of memory.
We really had a great time while staying there, the place is quiet and peaceful, the team was really supportive and friendly. Specially, Davy who is the owner had toured us around the houses and it was really good that we got to know the story of each house, the house that we stayed was around 160- year old, it was rebuilt and preserved as the same structure but, added some more decoration to look into another version of the house , this was so amazing.
Hope we can come here back again!

Siem Reap a great fun place, I visited for Angkor wat and other Hindu/Buddhist religious places, but even without that there is lot to see and enjoy in siem reap. Market and Pub street are happening place. Also it is very affordable.
it was one our best Hotel experiences ever! the whole facility is just wonderful, the hotel staff is extremely gentile and helpful. the hotel and staff pay a lot of attention to details (sustainability) and fulfill all the wishes and needs in no time! we extended our stay because of that. we also recommend the driver and guide to Angkor Wat which were both organized by the hotel. another compliment goes to the massage/spa area! the best massages in Siem Reap! if we ever come back to Cambodia we pass by again here!
This hotel is a gem, nice and clean, with super helpful staff and good breakfast.
Some people criticize the location - I don't think it's a problem though as both the historical sights in Siem Reap and the floating village are far from the city of Siem Reap anyway, so you will have to take a taxi or a tuktuk from any hotel in the city.
Besides, there are good stores of all kinds in the Residence's part of the city, including the best supermarket that we have seen in SE Asia.
Highly recommended!!
What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our every need. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The salt water pool was a refreshing treat, and the Luxury room amenities were top-notch. The gym was also well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout. Sala Siem Reap Hotel is an exceptional hotel that we highly recommend.
Buffet breakfast was excellent. I arrived hours early and the staff gave me a room to rest and shower in while waiting for mine to be ready. There were several such extra touches from this hotel. My room was huge, with a separate space off the bathroom for a deep bathtub and shower area. There was a balcony with large swing to sit in, and a couch in the room. I could walk to the best restaurants in Siem Reap and to a large market. The Royal Residence was also walking distance.
The best feature of this property is the garden and pool area and it's main attributes are hard to put into words. Many hotels have great pools and many hotels have nice gardens but few, especially in Cambodia, Siem Reap can combine the two in such a way as to create an outdoor space you just simply don't want to leave and compare to the price at this property seem to be very low during this season.
This hotel is not so far from the city center and other tourist attractions. I got a warm welcome from the front desk staff during checking in with professional and experienced staffs. The room is spacious with well prepared amenities plus I never forget how beautiful is was of the sunset view from our balcony.
Thanks to everyone in this hotel for the best experience during our stay in Siem Reap.
This place is fantastic and truly show how dedicated all the teams to provide the best experience of 5 Star 💫 hotel from check in to food quality.
I want to thank each one of you for your impeccable kindness.
Unfortunately after they cleaned our room the Spa Bathrobe disappeared…it was so nice if the cleaner kept it in our room as we were very happy to use it!
This hotel is located across the street where perfect for walking and explore Siem Reap, I would say you could consider this a plus or a minus depending on what interests you. Pub Street is just minutes walking away. The hotel was clean and adequate, and very reasonable price. especially this season. The service was excellent
It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Not only the facilities were beautifully decorated and well maintained, but the attention and the people were the kindest. They helped us with our tour, our room and every other need we had. Definetely will recommend to everyone travelling to Siem Reap!

Absolutely one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in during my trip in Siem Reap. The room was very clean and good air-con with nice views from the city. The pool upstairs and you can enjoy with drink. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the nicest hotel in Siem Reap. Could possibly the best one. The staff were exceptional. The facility is super clean. The rooms are super comfortable. The food at the restaurant is also exceptional.
The hotel is very nice decorated.
Almost clean.
Owner is really simpaty.
The room is spacious.
The rule is take off your shoes when you go inside.
Tuc tuc driver to recommend is Mala, the best one (5 stars).
This hotel is a 10.
My room was big, confortable and lovely. The swimming pool too.
And the best of it: all the employees are extra nice and helpful. I totally recommend to stay here when you visit Siem Reap.
