Very friendly and hospitable host - Roberta. Fab breakfast, home baked cakes every morning with a huge choice of goodies incl eggs anyway you like i.e. poached, scrambled, omelet's etc. Quiet location but within a very short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the centre ...
The room was lovely, very clean and spacious with a great balcony, the air-con was wonderful too ...

Beautiful scenery, close to Palermo, sandy beaches and few local restaurants. We were out of season so I am sure it's more buzzing during the summer. There was a great restaurant with fresh sea food just across the Art Hotel.

Mondello has all the capabilty to be a first-rate tourist destination: the sandy beach, the transparent clear water, the landscape, the old villas. I just can't understand why they can't keep the streets clean to match the natural environment. The rubbish almost ruins everything.

Mondello is a lovely little town with some good restaurants...
Mondello is a lovely little town with some good restaurants and a beautiful beach! It is only a 30 min bus ride away from Palermo and the busses are cheap and easy to navigate. It is not a party town, but was perfect for us as the beach was a 5 minute walk away as were many nice cafes and restaurants. We walked out to Capo Gallo, which was really beautiful and great to be able to jump into the ocean for a quick cooling down.

Palermo and the surroundings are dirty - you have to get used to it. However staying in Mondello is much better than staying in Palermo center. Mondello beach is sandy and nice, the beach is clean.
There are lots of restaurants and you can find all services you need in the nearby (supermarket, laundry...etc.)
There is a bus going to Palermo center (nr 806).
This was our first bed and breakfast experience and it couldn't have been a better experience. Claudia and Salvo was very accommodating, friendly and great host who made us feel very much at home. The space was a good size, very clean and new and the outside seating area was just lovely. The street to the beach was very pretty and lovely to walk down . All in all after 2 weeks in Sicily we can conclude that this was the best bed and breakfast we stayed in. I cannot recommend stay here enough :) thank you very much
I really enjoyed my stay in Mondello apartment. The place was very clean and the contact with the host was seamless. Moreover, the host booked a taxi for us, which was very helpful! We also got some recommendations were to eat. The apartment is located around 15 mins to Mondello beach by foot, there are also some buses around so you can get to center of Palermo [we were travelling with one change]. That was the best place I ever stayed in vacation when it comes to cleanness and all amenities.
Everything about the hotel was just perfect - the location, the rooms, the food and the design of the hotel in general. The owner Angela is super nice and was always there to help us with any questions. The whole team of the hotel was exceptionally friendly and we felt very welcome during our stay. The hotel itself is very modern and cozy at the same time - it‘s in a very quiet area, but it only took us max. 5 minutes to reach the beach or the center of Mondello. Absolutely worth a stay!
The host was an 11/10! absolutely fabulous!! He takes you on a tour once you get there of the place and ensures you know how to use everything before he leaves. He also has a SUPER in-depth paper within the room that has loads of information like: emergency numbers, buses to go to nearby areas, best restaurants and so much more!
The place was ALWAYS clean, and it was a super short walk from the beach, which we appreciated so so much! Truly cannot say enough great things 🫶
Golden midpoint between beautiful Mondello and loud Palermo. Nice and clean room with a green patio. Well stocked kitchen, super comfortable and great bed. The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by a spectacular mountain. The folder prepared by the owner with all the valuable information about the area and the room was very helpful. It was easy to find a place to park. Those without a car will be helped by the bus line a few steps down the street. Recommended!
Quiet location a short walk from the beach. Perfectly kept boutique property with a really homely and relaxed feel - yet still very stylish. Great size room with stunning ocean view. Excellent pool area to relax and enjoy the views. Good breakfast. Best of all were the amazingly helpful and friendly team who arranged us great restaurants every night including pickup and drop offs to/from the hotel. If you are going to Mondello, there is no better place to stay!
We didn't expect that the hotel would have multiple private entries to the sea (stairs literally between rocks), which was an amazing opportunity to enjoy the sea without the crowd of Mondello. In addition, there 3 pools, and at least one of them had really warm salty water. Also for coffee lovers, you can request any coffee of your choice (or multiple ones) during breakfast, and it will be perfect, fresh, barista-made coffee.
We spent one night with our dog in this beautiful villa in Mondello, near the beach. The room was upstairs ( a bit uncomfortable for one night), but bed an bathroom were splendid. In the morning a fantastic breakfast with very tasty Cappucino and local cakes/ sweets/ hearty choices. Very friendly staff, Carla was very helpful as she served breakfast at 7 am as we had to catch the ferry. Absolute recommendation.

Comfortable villa and nice host. Good location - big sandy beach is near. Safe territory, comfortable parking places. If you come to visit Palermo sites, and have a car, this villa is a perfect place to stay.
The pool was very nice. After a long flight from USA we wanted to relax in Mondello for two days prior to visiting Palermo. This hotel/pool were perfect! And, breakfast very good! Also great room shower.

It was really nice in Appartamento Santuzza, we actually had everything that we needed. The location is very close to Mondello beach. Raffaella was a great host and offered us help when we needed.
