Good location, even if we didn't take advantage too much of being close to the beach. Room was modern with a good view. Facility is rather large, did not encounter any issues with noise - surprisingly quiet.

The view from the rooms is breathtaking, the villa rooms with stone walls and blue paint were delightful. The owner/manager Kostas became our friend and was extremely warm and hospitable. We saw monk seals from our balcony! The pool was great, the ac was cold, the linens and bathrooms were nice. Good restaurant a minute from villa. Parking easy. Flowers, pine trees, Ionian Sea in amazing shades of blue. We loved it completely.

The hosts at the place are very friendly and would help you if they can with whatever problem you may have. The rooms are clean, enough space, all of them have AC but for a price of course 😁. There is a small beach right outside of the hotel and if you want something bigger there is the Banana Beach that can bi a 10 min walk on the beach or 2,5km by car. In all we had a nice and pleasant stay.

Everything about this place was awesome. Great spot, very close to great beaches with a lovely view of the sea. Not far there is a bus stop, but it's better to travel around the island by car anyway. Well equiped room, towels, shampoo, plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, even new sponge and dishrag - nothing to complain about. The room had a safe with a lock to keep your private things safe. Room was nicely cleaned everyday, without moving private things too much. The personel is extremely nice and helpful, an angel of a man helped us with fixing damage to a rented car. If we ever visit Zakynthos, this place will be the one we will come back to.

vasilikos is a quiet part of the island, hotels/apartments are smaller, simple. no party zone there. nice, sandy beach, with small stones at the water border, so bathing shoes are helpful. you can book trips from the hotel, public bus system during the day hourely. zykynthos town and port are nice to visit, also small villages in the inner of the island. famous: shipwreck bay

Vasilkos is laid back island life at its finest. It's easy to take the bus into the main area of the island if you crave the hustle and bustle, but being steps from the beach and the soft ocean breeze in the night made the experience unforgettable.

A great location to explore the rest of the island, you will need transport to get about because the public transport is a bit hit and miss. Xirokastello has some fine restaurants (Agnadi and the Windmill to name but 2) so does Argassi (Zinc) did not visit Vasilikos but drove through it and it looks nice.

Ms. Rula is a very kind host. Always smiling, hard working in the morning making sure everything is in place whether she'd be doing laundry or sweeping the leaves. She is very attentive of her clients and takes extra care of them like offering baked homemade goods in the morning wich were delicious.

The location was away from the busier areas like Zante Town and Argassi, but still accessible in 10 mins.
There is a family run Taverna Agnas (I think) near the Florida Taverna, great food and set on the top of the hill it gas amazing views!
the place was amazing it looks even better in person! for the price it just great. don’t rent cars from the airport or other places you can rent the cars here for only 30’ euro a day which was great, also they have a French bulldog named Martin that was the best thing. vasilikos is great if you wanna get away from the crowd there are amazing restaurant by food and a supermarket and the bus stop is at the corner. the staff was amazing very helpful in everything I asked and super friendly.
Our stay at the Villa was just wonderful. The host was really warm and friendly, and gave us a lot of information about the island and the best places to visit. The room was very clean and confortable. There were a lot of really nice taverns around to chose from, Gerakas beach was close, and also Argassi and Zante town. We were very happy with our choice of booking a room here!
P.S. Don't miss going for dinner and seeing the sunset at the Cross tavern, the view is breathtaking!
The location is great. Right by the beach. Very relaxing area with beautiful views. From here you can also walk on the beach to other beaches nearby. There is also a good amount of beach restaurants around. The facilities are very basic, but it didn't matter to me. I had everything that I needed. The staff is very nice and the room was cleaned every day. It's great for a longer stay if you don't want to spend a lot on a hotel and just enjoy the island.
The property is a real value for money. I have read all the information regarding the hotel and location before arrival and it exceeded my expectations. For such a low price it offers much more. The rooms are spacious, the aircon works just fine, the WiFi surprisignly was 10 out of 10! There is a small kitchinette in each room and a shared kitchen area with utensils and all the necessary equipment. Reccommended!
The view is amazing 😍, exactly like in the pictures. Also, you have a kitchen on the hallway. The rooms are very clean and they are cleaned periodically. Pay attention to the location, is not in Vasilikos, is Xirokastello. The nearest beach, Kaminia is ok if you don't want something too fancy, but other than that, a fancier beach is just at 5km, Banana Beach.
Giotta from Vasilikos Garden is very friendly and she made us feel like home there. The apartment was very clean, we had clean towels and sheets every day. The terrace was amazing, we woke up every morning to a beautiful sea view. The food at the restaurant is very tasty, all the main ingredients are from their own farm. Overall, we've had a wonderful time :)
Staff were incredibly accommodating. Extremely friendly too. They even found some jewelry left behind accidentally by one of us and promptly called us to return it. The place was also very good. We had rented a car so it was easier to go around everywhere with it from the hotel. All the good beaches are also close by.
The accomodation is just next to the road. Perfect if you travel around the island with a vehicle. Near it you can find very good beaches and nice taverns. For evening dinners and drinks everything is close: Zante, Laganas and Argassi are 10_15 min drive. The studios are good for the values.
Rooms have the perfect view and you can even hear the waves from your bed. It is close to many of the good beaches and many taverns and has a beach free to guests. Since there are only few rooms and not any hotels around, it feels very private and makes the experience great.
Very good accommodation, and the location is spot on. Right next to one of the nicest beaches St. Nicholas on Vassilikos with Koukis beach club. There is a super market and a rental 2min. away. With any transportation Gerakas beach is also very close.
The whole stay was amazing: the room, view from the room, hotel staff, beach , food 🥰👌 It exceeded my expectations. I didn’t want to leave and wished to stay longer. Super relaxing stay there, i loved it. A big thanks to the whole hotel team 💓
This place is simply awesome! All of the staff in the hotel, taverna and beach bar were brilliant. The pool area is very nice and location wise, its one of the best on the island. Highly recommend, will definitely stay there again.
Vista of the sea is beautiful and you will hear the gentle waves. Book this property ONLY if you bring your own groceries, have a large group, and will cook your own food with very little need for hotel services or staff.
The Bay was an overall very relaxing experience. You don’t need to go out of the hotel if you do not want to, as everything you need is there. The beach has clear blue waters and the pool is nicely designed.
The hotel is very nicely located, just a 5 minute walk from my favorite beach in Zakynthos (St. Nicholas Beach), and the owners are very friendly and helpful.
