The hotel is placed on top of a hill with a beautiful panorama view over the sea. It has beautiful palm trees gardens, nice room terraces to enjoy the view and the garden. You need the car to go to the beach.
The breakfast was amazing, almost close to a brunch as a menu. Very diverse, everyday something new was added to the menu.
The pool clean, large enough to accommodate easily 20 people - plus the view over the sea staying at the pool a true pleasure.
The hotel is pet friendly, and the gardens around the hotel allows for morning and evening walks in the shadow - the dog loved the hotel too.
The staff friendly, careful to offer the best service, even making on request cocktails and snacks - the food overall pretty decent.

The rooms are sparkling clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The hotel has a parking and it is in a quiet area that has very nice tavernas. I had a room that was overlooking the sea very nice to arrive with a pink sunset. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing location. Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :)

Marmaras is a gorgeous little town. It has numerous restorants, coffe shops, gift shops, etc. The town is very narrow and because of it, it is a bit difficult for walking but it has its natural charm.

Beautiful, peaceful seaside village with restaurants bar and small shops open. Hearing the sound of the sea from the balcony was so amazing.
The room was great for a 2 night stay, hostess was welcoming warm and friendly & took great care of us during our stay.
The room was stylish, clean and modern with just enough facilities for a short stay. Everything working perfectly well and the place felt calm and relaxing.
The local Ta Kymata fish & seafood restaurant was outstanding - fresh, stylish & delicious food.
Highly recommend Neos Marmaras for a stay in Halkidiki!

Lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Not much public transport, but a fun train around town in the evening. A hilly area so not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you stay in the centre, the two closest beaches are a good 15-20 mins walk

Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us.
Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us. The city center is really great, you have a lot of places for shopping, really good tavernas/restaurants and it's a good place where you can relax after a day at the beach. The distance to the most popular beaches in Sithonia is between 30 mins - 1hour, so if you don't mind this, it's a great choice to have in mind for Sithonia.

It's a charming little town.
It's a charming little town. At the peak of the season it's too crowded. I think I would have liked it better in June when there aren't as many people. The streets are rather narrow, so when it's crowded you really notice it.
The Sweet Home hotel I stayed in is a nice place, but I can't say that so a lot of other accomodation options I saw in the town center - at least by looking at them from outside.
The Neos Marmaras beach is a better option than Paradisos beach in my opinion. You have a few beach bars to choose from. I stayed mostly at Anna Maria Beach Bar. The staff was nice, but the beach showers don't work, instead you can use a hose to wash yourself.
On the plus side, the sea was beautiful, warm and really accessible. That's probably the reason why you'll see a lot of parents with small children. So, while I'm not blown away by the beach bars, I can say that the see itself is wonderful here.
Another positive thing is the food. It's fantastic, and I ate in 8 different restaurants during my stay. I can say that all of them had tasty food options.
You can see smalls ships in the marina, and by the docs and go on a small cruise.
All in all, Neos Marmaras was a good experience, it's a lovely town but I don't think I would vise it again, simply because it's not for me. It's charming-looking, but rather steep to move around comfortably on foot, even worse by car because the streets are so narrow.
I do recommend seeing it though, but try to find accommodation near the town center or beach and avoid the steel hills.
Excellent hotel for a trip with your family or with friends. The rooms are always spotless clean. We got a welcome bucket when we arrived. Petros was the kindest host we've ever met. He always made sure we got parking, provided us with info about nearby beaches, restaurants and various tips. Amazing breakfast with plenty of variations. Always served fresh and tasty. The location is also excellent and the hotel is easily accessible from the main road. There are 200m to the nearest beach and a few restaurants and beach bars.
Everything was great. The staff was friendly, good location and food. The rooms, dining area, pool and other hotel surroundings were clean. We also liked the meals schedule. We had access to good internet connection. In the evening we could use the sports playgrounds and borrow balls. There are huge pine trees on the beach, so you can easely avoid sun and there are also other beautiful beaches nearby and the town of Neos Marmaras, where you can buy lovely souvenirs.
Thetis apartments are located in a quiet place in Neos Marmaras very close to the respective beach. The city centre is almost 15 min walking distance near the sea which is very nice. The breakfast was delicious incl. very healthy snacks, homemade marmalade, juice, coffee etc. Also, Thanasis & Venetia have been very helpful and supportive and provided us many information. Extra plus the laundry service.
The place is very cozy in the middle of Néos Marmaras. 2 minutes always from the city center and 10min away from the beach. There almost each time a place for the car in front of the hotel, however the city parking was 5min away. The roman was clean, with very nice view, there was no noise from the streets or next rooms. It was please to stay there and hope I come back soon 🧡
Stergios is one of the best host ever. Apartment is located in the very center of Neos Marmaras which is very attractive. There are a lot of stuffs in the apartment, although dislocated kitchen can be annoying sometimes. There are great beaches nearby (especially if you have a car) like Lagomandra, Kalogria. However, Armenistis that is on the other side should be visited.
Great location verry convenient free parking around the house which was great for me because I was with a car, Neos Marmaras is a nice town with many things to do, there is street food restaurants beaches all in one place, there is plenty of local grocery stores near the house, the host is very nice and the rooms are clean and tidy, overall my score is 10 out of 10
Loved Sia the host, super kind, helpful and not imposing. Very clean, change of towels and sheets every 2 days, well maintained, very well equipped apartment, ok location. 5-10 mins walk to Paradisos beach and pretty much max 40 mins by car to any other great beach in Sithonia. 3 mins to stores and restaurants (some even deliver to the apartment).
Excellent hotel with excellent location located near to the beach, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by very nice Eleni. Shops,restaurants are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again
The hotel is relatively new and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. The location is very good, the beach is 2 min walking distance, also you have enough parking space. The nearest beach we find it very appropriate for us with a little baby because there are nice nature shades and is not very crowded.
Nice location, beautiful garden and view, cozy rooms, fridge,AC. Family owning the place is super welcoming and treat the guests fantastic. Made us coffee as we were checking out, honestly best coffee i had during stay in Greece of 10 days. I would return, no doubt about it.

The hotel was on a very convenient location, very close to the beach and within easy walking distance from the center of Neos Marmaras. It was very clean and bright room with beautiful sea view from the balcony.

Chrystal House is located in a developing area near Paradisios Beach, yet it is close to Neos Marmaras port area. Plenty of shops in the area. The location had everything you need to feel like at home.
