There is a lot of good restaurants, we would recommend to get a quad to go around the island, we had the luck to have it very calm on the road, we were able to visit a lot and see all the charms, the trendy spots the more calm spots, the best hidden beaches, Naxos has a lot to offer, food is great and the people are amazing, you won't regret Naxos

Great island to visit - Naxos Town has a lot of good restaurants, plus a good bag wash laundry service - the Captain's laundry.
The towns of Filoti and Apeiranthos are well worth a visit.
The island has a very relaxed attitude with none of the problems associated with cruise ships and their passengers as experienced on Santorini.

Stunning Greek island with a sleepy, relaxed vibe in October. Great restaurants and amazing beaches, awesome hikes and sightseeing to do. It felt way more genuine and less touristy than Santorini, more like an authentic experience.

Naxos Chora is easily walkable with many restaurants and shops to visit. It is a transportation hub and easy access to ferries and buses. The waterfront is bustling with activity and at one end of the town you can find plentiful beach access and water sport availability.

We have been to Naxos many times before and like the island.
We have been to Naxos many times before and like the island. It was much busier than we normally find it as we came a month earlier this time and prefer it quieter. There was a lovely garden taverna just a few hundred yards away which was great for a cold beer and a good book, comfortable seats, no hassle to leave, great to sit and relax. We had good food in different places near the sea over 4 days and went in to the hills walking. Bus services easy to use, large island so many villages to explore.
I felt compelled to write this review because of all the other comments that complained about this property. I almost didn't book because of them. Luckily, I was right. Property is amazing, breakfast great, room is huge, and all of the comments about how this isn't a 3 star hotel or whatever are deranged crybabies. Are the walls a little thin? Maybe. Who cares. You're in Naxos, Greece. Bring earplugs. The experience was incredible. I had an issue at midnight and someone came to help literally within 30 seconds.
The hotel was up to date, very nice decor, in the best location in Naxos town. The staff was very friendly, treated us like family, they had breakfast for us every morning, and Andriana was the best host! She went above and beyond and was extremely accommodating. She gave us a map, and talked us through the best sites to see and made recommendations for food, car rental places, villages to visit, etc. 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. You won’t be disappointed.
Princess of Naxos is the perfect above-average, three-star island hotel with value. Breakfast was abundant and tasty, and open late! The room was clean as was the pool area. Great location - a short walk to the beach and town center, and a sort taxi from the airport and ferry station. The walk to town is just enough distance to walk off a long Greek dinner! Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Princess to any Naxos traveler looking for value in a great location.
This hotel is awesome! The owner Maria is so nice, she made us coffee and tea in the morning few times and we did not have breakfast. She brought us also home made cake. We stayed here one night more than we were planning. First room had amazing greek style terrace and the second room for extra night beautiful view to the beach of Agios Georgious. Hotel is few steps to the beach, rooms are clean and comfy. Next time in Naxos, definitely Hotel Elizabeth. ♥️
I loved it there! The room was nice and clean. The staff was polite and extremely helpful. The comfort level was 10/10. The location was suitable for me. The hotel was a 5 min walk to the centre and a 1 min walk to Agios Georgios beach. Stella (the woman who works there) was great; she even printed work papers for me late at night. I cannot wait to visit it again.
P.S. You must visit Naxos. It is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece!
Great location at the southern end of Agios Georgios beach which is shallow and very safe for families. Naxos Town is a 10 minute walk along the beach promenade and the hotel is very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The hotel has a great breakfast at the pool and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We hired a car at the hotel for a one day road trip around the island which is recommended if you have limited time.
We had the most magical stay here. Hotel Anixis is like something out of a fairytale - gorgeous, well taken care of, and inviting. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of everything in Naxos Old Town from the port to great restaurants. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was taken care of. You couldn’t ask for a better stay.
The breakfast was spectacular. The views were amazing. It was quiet, safe, and just a short 5-7 min walk from town. What stands out the most is the customer service. They are the kindest, sweetest, most helpful staff ever! When I return to Naxos, I will ONLY stay at Hotel Grotta! Thank you all for making my first time in Greece such a memorable one!
Beautiful new hotel in Naxos Chora. The large room and large balcony were clean and true to pictures. We loved sitting up in and by the roof top pool for the sunset as it had beautiful views of the mountains and sea. Georgina was very helpful, always friendly and smiling. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Antony Suites is a hotel that delights. We did not expect that the apartments were only one block from St George Beach. There's a balcony where the amazing breakfast can be enjoyed. We were welcomed at the gate by name and escorted to our room with maps and ideas for our stay on Naxos.
