We have been to Illetas many times. It is a good location for Palma with some good restaurants. Close to Illetas beach which is lovely. Great bus and Taxi services if you dont want a car. Walking ditance to Calla Millore with good shops bars and Restaurants

This is our second visit to Illetas and we wouldn't want to...
This is our second visit to Illetas and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. It is truly beautiful and one gets the real deal feel of the Med. It is a quieter area of Mallorca and away from the madding crowds of the busier beach areas. Local bus transport is cheap and one can catch a bus right outside your hotel. We mostly ate at our hotel but there are numerous eateries in Illetas. We would definitely want to stay in Illetas again.

Fabulous location.....direct bus route into Palma for EUR2 per trip. Enough convenience stores, bars/cafes to make a trip to a big supermarket un-necessary. Two fabulous beaches with lots of facilities nearby. Not terribly touristy, quite a residential area with lots of trees/greenery

Our problems were predominately room based.
Our problems were predominately room based. Skirting board was falling off the walls. Burrowing ants were a regular feature leaving excavation work in a daily basis, this was never cleaned unless I specifically asked for it to be cleaned. Spent cigarettes and cigars were a feature on my patio from the time we arrived through to the time we left. The shower was small and cramped, the water went from very hot to very cold making showering a dreaded experience. Small flies, tons of them shared the bathroom with us for the duration, maybe something do with the musty sewerage smell we faced when we first entered. Television has one English Channel BBC 1. Kids loved it 😩 Given the hotel was not full I believe we had quite possibly the worst room in the hotel, I have no idea why.

Nice area, but the street with restaurant dont see or have access to the waterside. That is a minus. The seeside is blocked by apartementbuildings and hotels. Except for Hotel-restaurants and a few beach restaurant.

WE ENJOYED THE QUIET PEACEFUL AREA AND ESPECIALLY COMPTESSA BEACH, 15 MINUTES WALK FROM OUR HOTEL, BEAUTIFUL SCENERY AND FLAT BLUE SEA.
WE ONLY HAD DRINKS THERE AT THE END OF THE BAY -VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.
GOOD NO.4 BUS SERVICE TO PALMA OUTSIDE OUR HOTEL.
UNFORTUNATELY WEATHER TOO HOT IN JULY - SEPTEMBER WOULD BE A BETTER MONTH
Overall we had a great experience with the hotel. The staff was super friendly and made recommendations when asked. The hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of restaurants, shops, rental cars, bus stops and various amenities within close proximity. The room was a decent size for the price, however I was expecting double beds instead of twins. The food served during breakfast and dinner was great, i do wish they has a variety of choices for dinner. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others
Great location - Illetas is a lovely area close to the beach and a really good climbing area. The property has everything we needed. Good quality furnishings and cooking equipment. Lovely balcony which catches the sun all morning. Really comfortable bed. Good shower. Good air con and tv. The host is lovely and very helpful with good communication throughout our stay. The apartment complex is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend Estudios Baha.
Great location, easy parking, surrounded by beaches and restaurants. Bus stop right outside the door. Room had a large, comfy bed, and quiet but powerful AC. Breakfast was relaxing and tasty with a great view. The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. Overall it was a very relaxing place to be, quiet, and accommodating. If I wasn't at the pool or the beach cove, I was eating and overlooking the ocean. I didn't really need to leave the hotel much.
Excellent breakfast and dinner. Great location near the sea and close to Palma with bus station right in front of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed (especially Stefano at the front desk)! The room was clean and the view was simply breathtaking. Fun activities provided (pool, pool bar, mini golf and tennis). Overall we had a great time and we would highly recommend this hotel. Alex - Sissy from Greece
Wow! The grounds are exceptionally designed and pretty, the breakfast was varied and amazing, all the employees were courteous and helpful, the lunch/dinner restaurants (Amaro and Bardot) were great, and the king of the experience has to be the small bay with the beach - extremely peaceful!
We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up changing our plans and returned for a final weekend in the same hotel.

Very happy with my stay at Roc Illetas: a place designed for spoiling, pampering visitors. Loved the abundant greenery on the seeward slope, with several hidden cosy corners (with chairs, table, view at the sea). Appreciated the friendliness of the personnel - also its efficiency - and excellent, abundant food. Did not miss that the hotel has a well defined personality rather than "merely" professional service and management.

Location. Bus that goes to Palma right in front of the hotel. Easy parking on the street and covered parking available from the hotel for (15 rito a day). Great room with great mattresses and lovely terrace with amazing sea view.
Spa is wonderful and top massages.
Restaurant and bar open until late. Hotel is beautifully decorated and it offers everything you need.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities and a wonderful view across the bay. The breakfast is amazing (and the dinner at night is great too), and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We loved the bus outside that made it so easy (and cheap) to go in and out of Palma. Great snorkelling off the sea platform.
Excellent secluded location near Palma. The hotel building and its' territory is very pleasing, great views from the room. Breakfast was delicious. All staff was really attentive and hospitable! We felt very comfortable.
All the staff were wonderful , very polite and helpful , friendly and very efficient . Reception staff were very helpful , funny and chatty and great English . Baskets for beach was lovely idea.
