I didn’t really like anything. The front desk made me carry my bag up 4 flights of stairs. The room was so hot when I got inside. There was no coffee in the rooms at all and I asked multiple time for it.

The room was very comfortable and the area is quiet for a city as it is set back from the road. The hotel is on a hill so there is a view of the city, mountains, and the sunrise. The management was flexible in allowing us to extend our stay an extra night, and the woman who serves breakfast is especially friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home.

The grounds were so verdant and rich. Plants and trees were perfectly-maintained but natural. Pool area was amazing. We had a nice little balcony off our room. Entire staff was so attentive and pleasant! Gift shop was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic!
