I loved this cozy place! It was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed in a compact space which I found to be really cool - including a foldable crib for our little one!

Comprising a private beach area and a garden, Chalet Tropical is a recently renovated accommodation in Arco da Calheta situated close to Caminho Faja do Mar Beach. Me and my boyfriend spent a total of 6 days in the Tropical Chalet. We could have stayed there for at least another month. The place's absolutely lovely. Basically it's straight among banana trees and other beautiful tropical plants and flowers. There're very few other houses in the neighborhood and the closest main street's very quiet making the whole area very peaceful. The backyard has a great view over the ocean and the surrounding banana trees. Also, the hammock's a nice touch to the whole experience. The balcony on the first floor's anotheru lovely space and the house itself is functional though not particularly luxurious or equipped. The only thing tricky is maybe the fact that the street to get to the house's very steep and narrow (some taxis refuse to drive down there). The suggestion is to get a car or even better a motorbike. By foot it's nice to walk down to the beach or through the levadas that go along the coastline. Though mind that it's a very long and steep way to get to the nearest supermarket, bar or shop. This is another reason why having a car/motorbike is highly advisable. Overall, a very nice and recommended accommodation for ocean-loving couples/singles seeking a place to enjoy nature and tranquility.

A recently renovated chalet situated in Funchal, Casa ideal para famílias com vista mar desafogada features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Our family of 5 (two parents and three kids ages 13, 10, and 6) had an amazing stay here during our kids' February break. The house is exactly as described, and is lovely. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outside patio was beautiful. We enjoyed wine outside in the evenings, and the kids ate breakfast outside in the morning. The best part of our stay was the host, Sidónio. He was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He had great suggestions for things to do and see on Madeira, and our trip would not have been the same without his suggestions!

Situated in São Vicente and only 1.2 km from Sao Vicente Beach, Pereira Place - Cottage features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. For us it was perfect- calm, quiet , peaceful and very well equipped. Parking right in front of the house. Great host! A lot of useful info about Madeira in the house. Good location for exploring the island. Nice garden terrace with great views - both of ocean and the mountains. It's quite near the city and there is also a snack bar few hundred meters nearby for quick bite or a drink.

Boasting sea views, Victoria Tiny Stone House provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 19 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools. As soon as we arrived for our two night stay I knew we’d made a mistake - we should have booked to stay for much, much longer!!!!Loved everything about the property - beautifully renovated, stylish, comfortable and clean. The outside spaces are amazing. Different places to sit or lounge and all with an amazing view of the Atlantic. All of this and a friendly, helpful host - I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Located just 40 km from Girao Cape, Victoria Ocean View Room provides accommodation in Ponta do Pargo with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a 24-hour front desk. We liked everything. The view was amazing, there was also a little pool where you can relax and watch the sea. Extremely comfortable beds, there is even netflix on tv if the weather is bad. The owner was super nice and gave us a lot of restaurant suggestions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Waves Song - Cottage, a property with a garden, is set in Porto Moniz, 40 km from Girao Cape, 46 km from Santana's traditional houses, as well as 49 km from Marina do Funchal. You feel like you are home here. It’s cozy cottage with all staff you need. We really liked staying here. Thanks to Graciela for all her help. She is so nice host! The location is amazing, one step from natural pools. And after 19:00 the pool was free.
