La struttura era molto bella e particolare. Semplice ma molto accogliente. La stanza al piano superiore veramente molto suggestiva! Kushan è stato un host molto attento e disponibile, abbiamo molto apprezzato i modi gentili e la cura che ci ha messo nel farci sentire come a casa. Hospitality of the owner was amazing. Homemade breakfast was rich and great! Terrace with a nice view on the lake! Coffee was served all the time. Super tasty homemade ginger cookies! Great list of recommended restaurants and points of interest. Tuk tuk and sightseeing tours were arranged within minutes. Takeaway breakfast nicely packed at our early morning departure. Highly recommended!

Boasting mountain views, Ayu Bliss Elamulla, Mandaramnuwara features accommodation with an open-air bath and a balcony, around 42 km from Gregory Lake. The personalized service was beyond expectations. No request went unattended. Butler cum helper Rukshan was so friendly and cooperative. Always with a smile. Always on call. Food preparation was good. Needs some tuning there. They will come of age with some experience. They have their own vegetable plots in the premises. The manager cum part owner kaveesha and his friend akila were super nice and accommodating. They organized excursions to all the waterfalls in the area in a safari jeep. It, of course involved lots of trekking and climbing . The cabana style unit was cozy and ideal for a friend/family get-together. It was a home away from home . Super relaxing atmosphere.waking up to bird sounds was lovely. Cool weather. Feb/ March is the best time to go as it is dry. Rain season will dampen the experience.

Well set in the centre of Nuwara Eliya, Townside Lodge is a recently renovated holiday home, which provides free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly and accommodative. Responded to appeals promptly. Property was very clean, and the atmosphere pleasant for a holiday. The bedding and sofas were comfortable, and all necessities attended to. Privacy was ensured. Parking facility for a van was appreciated.

Lo chalet è molto carino, immerso nel verde e con i due ruscelli, si ha proprio l' idea di essere in montagna. C'erano prodotti per l' igiene, tè e caffè a disposizione, un microonde e l' asciugacapelli. La padrona di casa è molto premurosa. Per colazione non volevo niente di piccante e mi ha preparato un sandwich a 4 strati.

Situato a Ohiya, tra le montagne dell'Horton Plains Range, l'Hill Safari - Tea Estate Villa offre piatti della cucina dello Sri Lanka, una zona salotto in comune circondata da piantagioni di tè e... Just about everything. Tea on arrival and departure at midday. The room was brilliant with breathtaking views. The owners kind and helpful. Remote and peaceful. We had half board and the evening meal was really good.

Offering a garden and garden view, Haven chalet is set in Nuwara Eliya, 4.8 km from Gregory Lake and 12 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden. We stayed here for only one night while driving through the mountains on our bike. On our short stay the hosts warmth, generosity and customer service made a lasting impression on us. He let us check in late and had his brother meet us to answer any questions. He also provided us wood to use the fire ♥️ this was so appreciated after driving for days and being very cold in some areas. You will not find a cosier place in nuwara eliya. Being able to make hot drinks with the refreshments provided & heating up our left over takeaway with the microwave was a god send!! We were so tired after driving the host let us check out late by a few hours at no extra cost. The cabin was cosy, warm, fresh and felt really special. We watched a beautiful orange golden sunset from behind the mountain tops while being wrapped up in the fleecy blankets with our hot drinks in the upstairs bedroom. We slept downstairs because of the warming fire, the bed was the comfiest we slept in our 2 months travelling Sri Lanka! Lakshitha the host is a genuine and great man, super laid back and will go miles out of his way for you. We had the pleasure of meeting him briefly on leaving and he was just a straight up cool guy with a quirky place and nothing but the best vibes. We wish you every success.
