Outstanding stay at Casa Sukha while we were in Trancoso! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Special thank you to our beautiful hosts, Maria and David (and Noah, the cat) who made the best of our stay! They thought about every detail, from the breakfast to the places recommended. We felt at home since day one. You could feel the happiness and love emerging from their cozy house. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it was a wonderful meeting full of surprises, we will definitely come back as soon as possible! Just went there on honey moon, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better setting. It's hard to find such paradise scenarios these days, especially with this much privacy and quiet for this price. The location: enough removed from the main village that we were almost completely isolated, which I love, but only a short walk away (around 15 min walking on sand), so that we went there anytime with little effort. The villa/housing itself: VERY well maintained, all the comforts of anyone´s home and more, effective and refreshing AC running all day, functioning kitchen, comfortable outside and inside furniture, exotic architecture (the showers are a nice touch). Big smart TV with Netflix at the feet of a king size bed for the hotter hours of the day. The service: absolutely impeccable. The front desk is permanently available, including via whatsap, for whatever needs we had, including ordering food and having it set up on our front door table. The included breakfast is DELICIOUS, with homemade breads and fresh fruits and juices. The daily cleaning service may be scheduled with the front desk and is very diligent. Ordered snacks and drinks maintain this quality. Carriers for your bags from the boat and multiple ways to get back to the airport, as well as tours around the islands, are all very well integrated with the front desk. Pool area: another fantastic touch, very well integrated with the nature around it, as well as all the beach furniture. The name of the place comes from the always present colibris, wich you see and hear, as well as other birds: together with the cooling breese and the calm waves, you hear NOTHING else but this beautiful nature music. Uniquely relaxing. In short, we can’t recommend the place enough, and it is clearly superior to anything we passed by on the island. Our only regret is that we didn’t had more days to spend there. The chales are comfortable but staff was not present, reachable through WhatsApp primarily. Because it was so far from the town, we ended up ordering delivery meals for dinner.
