We had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel. Everybody was so nice and helpful. The room was absolutly clean and the pool and garden is a wonderful place to relax. When we departed the staff organized a transport for free to the bus terminal! Thank you so much!!!! We would definitely come back next time!!!

This place was such a nice surprise! So peaceful and accommodation wonderful. Modest, yet you have everything, small kitchenette, small bathroom, nice (therapeutic) terrace with the view on river and mountains, snd even tv and internet for the kids in the evening. Beds are large and mattress firm. Best night in Thailand so far. We also had kayak for us and there were life vests available if needed. And yes, even small BBQ! The staff was very kind and non-intrusive! our only mistake was that we stayed only one night. should have spent more time here as there are nice national parks in the surroundings.

Jim and her daughter Kate are very generous and helpful hosts. The whole property is clean and beautiful. The rooms were small but comfortable. The swimming pool was clean. They even served us breakfast early at 6am when we needed to leave at 6:30am for hiking. They helped us with bookings whenever we wanted and the rates were reasonable. Overall it was amazing to stay there.

I had a wonderful stay in this newly furnished property and the very hospitable and warm hosts who are both the owners and the receptionist Jenny. I felt being treated as not just another customer who came to deal business but like their own, an old friend or a son. As someone who likes to buy food from outside to heat up in a hostel, i could really use a microwave. When i arrived, there wasn't one, but immediately upon knowing what i needed, they immediately installed a microwave along with some other cooking tools right away. Not only that, the owners offered guide to where i wanted to visit. Other times, when i was trying prepare food, Jenny jumped in and helped me voluntarily. There was also the very surprising luxury level bakery products that the owners shared with guests for breakfast. I can't tell for sure whether this would last forever, but i was truly lucky to have them for free. I haven't received this hospitality for a long time in my hostel rides. My visit to Kanachanburi was surprisingly warm because of them. Facilities: It's a one floor style house without stairs so i didn't have to leg it with my backpack. The common room is a brightly lit and white painted walls where a few paintings hung. There are 2 toilets both equipped with shower, an ample kitchen space with a big table, where i spent a lot of time talking and eating. Lockers are present with a provided key, but also compatible with my own padlock. Sleep was also nice and cozy. There are two dorms, 6 beds each, curtained, admirably retaining a moderate density of living where space is not crammed out. Everything is pristine because it's a new hostel, but i must give credit to the owners to setting a high furnishing standard. I recommend everyone who would like an authentic local hospitality and a chill atmosphere to stay.

Beautiful place, great location if you are ready to get away from the busy streets and noise. Lovely atmosphere and nice and clean house. Scooter rent and washing/drying of clothes is available on site.

It's outside the Kachanaburi tourist strip (which once you've seen you really don't need to see it again). Can rent a motorbike into town or taxi very cheaply and easily. Lovely, quite garden setting. Food is delicious. Ran by Toi who is a great person to chat to, she has a heart of gold and a great sense of humour. Her staff are delightful. I'll come again!

Situated in Tha Kradan and with Malika R.E.124 The Siamese Living Heritage Town reachable within 41 km, ธารามนตรา รีสอร์ท (Taramontra resort) features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout... The staffs member are attentive and very helpful.

THAIGO Comfort Stay - Private House in Central Kanchanaburi on hiljuti renoveeritud puhkemaja Kanchanaburis, kus külalised saavad nautida vaadet basseinile, aiale ja grillimisvahenditele. Peaceful location with awesome views yet only 10 minutes drive from the large town and attractions. The house was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the aircon was efficient in all rooms. Both showers had good flow, and the free toiletries were welcomed. The TV worked well. The kitchen was well equipped for our family, and we were able to either stay in and cook or drive a few minutes to a restaurant. There are huge supermarkets nearby. Parking is easy next to the house. We didn't try the pool, but it looked beautiful and clean. Maybe next time :-). Lastly, it was so nice to wake up to the beautiful views and sounds of the countryside. We were sad to leave.
