Eirini is just so lovely, nothing was too much trouble, when we asked her any question or advice she would help. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the pool and bar area was a great place to sunbathe, chill and have a cocktail. We stayed in a studio room and we enjoyed having a coffee in the morning on our balcony and wine at night. Fira is 10 minute walk from the hotel, which for us was perfect, close to town but far enough away from the noise of town. Thank you for making our first time to santorini a fabulous one. Me and my husband loved the place, it's a calm oasis close to the very attractive village Oia center (10 minutes walk), and just next to village Finikia (accross the street) which we found very lovely, with few very good restaurants, we tried Krinaki and Mese Mese, and both were excellent. Irini and other staff were great, we felt very welcome, and everything was in a perfect condition. Very nice pool and room facilities. Breakfast with plenty choices. Fully recommended.

They upgraded my room for free, the hotel itself was classy and recently renovated, and the reception staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my stay an exceptional one. From recommending and making restaurant reservations for me to inviting me to local Greek Orthodox Easter celebrations I wouldn't have known about otherwise, the staff was by far the best I've interacted with in my recent travels.
