The silence in our room, located on the top floor, was absolute. By the time we arrived, there was no one at the reception, open from 9:00 to 21:00. However, the access to the premises by code was straightforward. An envelope at the reception contained the access cards to the room. All simple and easy. The wi-fi worked very well. So did the air conditioning. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are comfortable and lovely decorated. A bathroom located next to the luggage room offers the possibility for guests to take a shower before leaving.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

The modern, adults-only Hotel Astoria Playa is located in heart of the popular resort of Alcúdia, just 150 metres from the beach. It has 2 outdoor swimming pools, including one with a chill-out zone, and free Wi-Fi. Staff was very kind and thoughtful. We got a room with half-board, breakfast and dinner were always very nice, tasty and eye-catching. If you have a food allergy, they care and there's always an option for you, since it is a buffet. Great location in town and close to the beach. Many stores close by. A couple of minutes away from the bus stop from and to Palma airport. I would definetely stay again if visiting Alcudia.
