The stone ceilings were amazing and it was full of modern and unique finishes. The double rainhead showers were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful and parking was easy.

The local area is ideal for cycling. E- bikes can be rented on site. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always down for a joke! We felt very well taken care of and very welcome at all times. The hotel has 3 pools, one of them being at the rooftop which doesn't allow children, so it's an amazing place to relax with gorgeous views of the sea. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous sea view!

The modern, adults-only Hotel Astoria Playa is located in heart of the popular resort of Alcúdia, just 150 metres from the beach. It has 2 outdoor swimming pools, including one with a chill-out zone, and free Wi-Fi. On arrival, we were offered a welcome drink which was just lovely after the flight and bus journey as we were thirsty! the hotel staff were beyond helpful. Extremely welcoming and you can tell they love what they do. The hotel facilities were outstanding. x2 pools, the comfiest sunbeds, and they even had a shower facility (another gorgeous powder room!) just off reception for the day where you have checked out but still want to spend the day at the hotel pool. The food was exceptional. It was a michelin star buffet! the most delicious and freshest food I have come across in Mallorca, the chefs in the kitchen should be so proud. The desserts were to die for! The drinks menu and service was 10/10. You can order drinks at your sunbed or go up to the pool bar. Everything was just so good. They had a pool party there one of the nights we were staying which was a great vibe! They had live music everynight. We had the best stay and we cannot wait to return.

The view was amazing. We woke up every day to the view of the ocean. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. Anything we needed, they did their best. The location is excellent if you want to explore the mountains and you can get anywhere within an hour. Loved the bathroom, the robes and the toiletries. The room was like a showroom.
