Everything was really nice, from the check in to the checkout, the breakfast, the room, the amenities and the customer service! The staff is very kind and helpful . They assisted us with all our requests and respond to our messages promptly. Some names I remember are Ameer and Paula from the front office team, however every person we met was very kind and willing to assist us with everything. If I ever return to Budapest,I would book this hotel again with no second thought!! Thank you everyone for your kind service and for making our trip more comfortable and carefree!

Its great so clean and comfortable, u can go up to the fisherman castle with 5 minutes walking which is absolutely amazing the castle has the most gorgeous stunning sunrise ever 🩵, and I would love to thanks the staff they are amazing friendly and they can let u check in late, I arrived at almost 3am and found them waiting for me.
