A Grade II Listed building, The Bird in Hand offers modern rooms in a traditional setting. The rooms have plasma-screen TVs and there is free Wi-Fi in the all areas.

Nice, cosy ample room, looking at a beautiful garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar restaurant of the Inn was perfect for dining and breakfast, really warm and welcoming atmosphere. Location was perfect to explore by car the beautiful countryside.

Great location. They accommodated my 5month old son by getting a cot bed for the room. Place was perfect couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location. Very close to all the shops/restaurants/bars etc Archie was very responsive with answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Situated 16 km from Blenheim Palace, High Cogges Farm Holiday Cottages features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This holiday home provides a garden.

We loved everything about this property. It was immaculately clean and modern. The kitchen had loads of cupboard space which was perfect for us as we take a lot of food and cooking equipment with us. The garden and views were amazing and we loved watching the deer when it came into the garden. There were NO notices or instructions attached to walls telling us what we could or couldn't do which made us feel very welcome, especially as we travel with our dog. In 12 years of staying in holiday cottages, this is the first time we've found a holiday home that was perfect in every way.

A nice quiet location close to Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. Very well maintained by the owners, Richard and Susan, who go the extra mile to welcome guests. Apart from the beautiful view and gardens the highlight was "Mum's fruit cake" waiting for us when we got there. It didn't last very long as it was mouth wateringly delicious. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.

This was our fourth week in fourteen months and it was still as spotless as our first visit. Loved being able to charge our car. Love that there is a separate upstairs suite. Loved that my dad rented the granary next door, so we could be close. It is so well equipped and perfect for family to visit.

    Good location. Superb quaint lovely accommodation. It was spacious and quiet. Had lovely views and garden. Easy to check in and check out.
