The receptionist when we checked in early morning was amazing! This young blonde lady was so informative, had a map for us and pinpointed the best cafes and restaurants to eat at, and even marked where our flamenco show was going to be at that night. Going up to our room that afternoon, the room we booked was amazing! We loved everything about the room, most especially the balcony and outdoor hot tub! Also I think the location was amazing, being close to to a lot of shopping areas and luxury stores, and the best way being right next to El Nacional which was a very cool market with bars and restaurants! For the price we paid for the night, everything was worth it! My husband and I plan to come back and book again with this hotel!
