The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

There is no breakfast you cook your own or go to a local restaurant which has very reasonable prices. The local supermarket does baguettes and coffee for a cheap price. The location is quiet which suited me and the local supermarket has most things (apart from rubbish bags. Only one in the apartment) If you want to tour you need to have a car. There is a local bus service from near the hospital which only takes 15 minutes to arrive at Los Christianos. Taxi costs about 10 Euros. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. All serve nice food but the Tree House food is exceptional. Entertainment on the weekends as well. The best thing about the apartment though is the terrace with artificial garden, dining table and sunbed . I didn't bother with the pool as I preferred the terrace.

We loved our stay here, the feeling of space & light is exceptional, the decor throughout is stylish & comfortable. Ideal if you want to get away from the hectic centre of Las Americas but a car is needed!

We had a great time staying in this apartment. The apartment is new, clean and very well equipped. It's located on the top floor so it doesn't get that noisy during night and it's close to beach, restaurants and nightclubs.

Nice quiet time to visit, but still with daily activities such as aqua dance aerobics and a fashion show plus evening quizzes and bingo. Excellent facilities and large rooms with dual terraces. Booked a 3 bed and was pleasantly surprise it was on 2 floors like a small villa. Would definitely return thank you.
