We loved staying at the lightship. Alex and Natalie were so lovely and got gluten and dairy free breakfast for me even though i told them on very short notice. The room design was very special and detailed and the bed was so cozy. Within a 10 minute walk to the ferry (which is free and operates 24/7) you can reach the city center very easily. Would definitely recommend!

You get to have your own separate apartment so to say, the old Captains area. Upon entry you find the cozy living area with couch, two chairs and a vintage record player. Downstairs is the kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and enough utensils etc. Friendly little details provided by the hosts give it a very personal feel. the bedroom is a comfy bed for two and the window just above water level as well as the skylight with option cover makes for the true ship feeling. In the summer there is a small balcony with hammock upstairs. And the view of the harbor is very calming for us at least. The bathroom has a nice modern shower, the floor is such that it can be dried easily with the sweeper..All products were provided.

firstly, the space is beautiful and the location is perfect if you need a break from the crowds. so nice to have your own area to make some food. I recommend you hit the Jumbo grocery store before you arrive or take a nice walk to get refreshments.

First, our host was friendly and accommodating from the start! She advised us on parking, travel in and around city center, made sure we felt comfortable in every way. My family of 4 rented 2 cabins, we had everything we needed, and it felt very special. Every nook and cranny was clean, information sheet was helpful, coffee supplies, refrigerator, and sweet touches like flowers and extra blankets and towels!
