We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Ecolodge has everything you need, everything you want. The owners are very kind, smiling and proposes everything you’ll need to have a great Time in Phong Nha. (Caves guided tour, free bikes, motorcycle location) Breakfasts are good, Vietnamese coffees are excellent ! Pool is definitely a plus ! Thanks again, we will gladly recommand you to others friends who would came here one day ! ☺️ (Nicest dogs and kids you’ll ever see 😃)

But the best bit was the homely vibe. The owner and her daughter were so hospitable and friendly, always greeted with smiles. Great location too, right on the river in the beautiful Phong Nha! They have bicycles you can borrow to go into town (very old and need some maintenance but they do the job!) They also offer a simple but nice breakfast and a laundry service which was very cheap. Cannot reccomend this place enough and will return here when I come back to phong Nha!

Phong Nha is an amazing place which definitely deserves a few days of your time. We stayed in this incredible homestay and you get the feeling that everything and everyone is genuine. No fancy stuff. Just the unbelievable beauty of natural landscapes and well designed spaces in the homestay. The food was very nice and served on a deck with a great view over the country & fields. The room & bathroom were super clean. The room itself is wow (quality materials) ... While the homestay is located in the rural part of Phong Nha (which is good if you want to avoid the agitation of tourist groups), it's perfectly located: you have a delicious restaurant just along the road a few meters away (Phong Nha Vegan) and you can enjoy a fresh drink along the crystal water of the river. The water is clear and clean, you can happily have a swim in the late afternoon just like locals do while looking at the green mounts and it feels like heaven! Last but not the least, Zhong is a real hard worker with a kind heart, he made everything easy for us and we'll never thank him enough for picking us at night and being helpful and truly friendly.

This is a great place....the owner/manager is super attentive and helpful. The location is great. The rooms all have a little view from the decks. Quiet area. Eat-off-the-floor clean...spotless. New modern facilities.

The host is super friendly and helps you with all te questions you have. You can use a bicycle to discover the center of Phong Nha. The price is cheap, but the value more than good. Really liked our stay here.

Nam Anh Hotel se află în Phong Nha și oferă vedere la oraș, biciclete gratuite, o grădină, un lounge comun, o terasă și un bar. Great place at the beginning of the main strip. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The room was very clean, and it was away from the street. This makes it quieter. Big bed with good mattress. Water pressure was also ok. The included breakfast was the best I had in a long time. Why? Because they went the extra mile and put some tomato and cucumber on the plate as well. The lady that runs the house speaks very good English. She can help you with trips or tickets as well.
