Barbara was a delight, helped us to bus station for. beach and bought our tickets.The little stand where bus left was incredible with the food.The lady who served the food was very helpful.Location was great. Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet and warm. EXCEPTIONAL value for the price.

Hello Fenicia Residence! We really liked this hotel with a charming view of Simius beach, good service, quiet atmosphere, excellent breakfast and of course the beautiful beach. The only thing we missed was the hot water in the bathroom, but you can get used to it with time! It is also good that the hotel is located a little away from the town of Villasimius. Will definitely come back to this lovely place, see you Martins!
Great location. Slight uphill walk into the old town streets. Street and private secure parking is close by for a small cost. The apartment is perfect for a couple on a short stay. We were able to do our laundry as there is a washing machine and dryer provided in the office adjoining the apartment building. We stayed on the 4th floor which was really quiet at night and there is a lift that is capable of carrying two people with luggage.
Clean and homelike atmosphere, comfortable bed, the room is small but I needed only place to sleep, private bathroom in luxury cruise ship style, overall I felt myself very safe, especially important to me as a solo female traveller, there are two dogs, they bark only first time when then don’t know you, after that in the morning they are very friendly and quiet.
Great location close to the city centre yet in a quieter part of the town. Supermarket and bus stops are very close. Very comfortable big shower, the room was also spacious.
Very close to the Roman Ruins at Nora. Excellent breakfast, loved the fresh fruit, cheeses, smoked salmon, eggs and champagne option. Vittoria from the hotel team was very kind in offering us a lift to the nearest bus stop. Robes in the bathrooms - always a plus with me. The garden is stunning, and pool area was immaculately clean, the beds were comfy and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The private beach and sea views were absolutely dreamy.
The B&B is very close to the airport, but not noisy at all. It is also 5 min driving from the city centre so it's in a perfect location. The area around is very quiet, we had a very good sleep. The room was big with confy beds, a table, a couch and also a small balcony with a table and chairs. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and local biscuits and pastries. Overall excellent stay.
