The place is amazing, calm, surrounded by a beautiful garden and you can look at the sea. Really closed to the beach, restaurants, bar and supermarket. Everything you need is 5 minutes walking. I have a phisical problem and I cannot walk much and I had no issues (some apartment have stairs but some others are on the ground floor). The owner is a beautiful person. I will come back for sure!

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Sweetmar-Ground floor-Guest rooms is a recently renovated guest house situated in Kos Town, 100 metres from Lambi Beach. Alexia and her husband are fantastic hosts. Accommodating any request they can and giving valuable recommendations. For example, I had torn one strap on my backpack and they were able to tell me where to get it fixed. They also gave advice on where to find a convenient car hiring place that was considerably better priced than the ones in the city center. The apartment itself is very reasonable for the price I paid. Extra points for the mosquito nets that make it possible to sleep with the window open.

We loved it 😍 our Ruby Sea View Suite was amazing, beautiful room, cleaned daily, fridge, hairdryer, safe, toiletries, air con, fresh soft towels, TV with Netflix log in, sea view balcony, free breakfast (the scrambled eggs, avocado, bacon on toasted bread with rocket is to die for), plenty of soft cushioned free sun beds with waiter service , water sports, beautiful sky bar for cocktails and main bar with pool table and live music but the main quality was 100% the staff, they actually are some of the nicest people I've ever met which says a lot about the owners of Jackson's🙌 special thanks to Steve

Situated in Kefalos, 200 metres from Paralia Kefalos Beach and 1 km from Kamari Beach, Ficus Traditional Apartments provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. The people! And the room was great. Lovely traditional style.
