This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located less than 1 km from Red Sand Beach and 12 km from Phaistos. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Friendly atmosphere, tasty breakfasts outdoors in a lovely yard, nice location -close to the beach (+red beach), amiable staff, not far from restaurants but still very quite to peacefully relax. Absolutely recommended for families with children.

A very spacious, private and quiet apartment in a small building with the host living downstairs. There is a large balcony with seating and a table for eating outside. It's a 45 minute walk to the centre but the local bus service is cheap and convenient. One bus takes you directly to the city centre. Lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bakeries and tavernas in the immediate area. There is free street parking and it was not too difficult to find a spot. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Great location close to city centre. They have storage room for luggage, we had to use it both before check in and after we checked out, stuff very friendly. We got quiet room with windows facing between houses but was perfect to sleep with open window for fresh air. All new and clean. Parking just next to the hotel, for 2 eur we could park the car for 20 min to bring bags to the hotel. Easy to walk to ferry harbour. Recommend for short stopover
Sevi was a very good host. She greeted us with fresh fruit and other local products and even gave us an upgraded villa with an extra bedroom. Everything was beautifully looked after and the big garden with lots of plants and beds next to the pool were a luxury. It is very quiet there and very private. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the sea/beach (5 min. walk).
Everything! Great location, everything was clean and taken good care of. Quiet and relaxing location with great and close access to multiple beaches, good restaurants and stores. Great host, we were offered everything we needed. We will definitely return as our experience there was awsome.

Spotlessly clean apartment and pool area. Beautiful furniture and fittings. Daily clean and regular change of towels and bed linen. Walking distance to 4 great restaurants and a couple of bars. Beach a 1 minute stroll across a quiet road with access to private sun beds/parasols and access to sea where there is excellent snorkelling. Koutsouras is a quiet, charming and unspoilt Greek village. A great base to explore south eastern part of Crete.
Great location! Our room was fantastic, quiet, large, private pool, seaside view. We had half board included. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was quite good, fresh food, you can always find something at your taste. They have nice cocktails at the bar too. Wee tried also restaurants nearby, very authentic and cheaper, and couple of times in Agios Nikolaos center (20 min walk).
Extremely hospitable owner Theodor was available to us at all times. He advised us what to see in Crete. The apartment itself has a great location overlooking the fortress. It is located in a quiet city center in the pedestrian zone. The apartment is very nicely furnished and the best is a private terrace with jacuzzi. The owner also has an Erofili restaurant with excellent food and service. We rented a car and the price of parking nearby is 15 euros per day. Guests are advised to visit Lake Kournas.
