From before we even arrived at Villa Eira, we were impressed with the service. If I could give Rudolf, our host at Villa Eira, a rating of 100 out of 10, I would. The accommodation is absolutely gorgeous. The room we had, although a little small with not much room for luggage, was super clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had a balcony looking over the lovely pool and gardens. I only wish we had more time to make use of it. The rest of the property, especially the breakfast/common room, is stunning. Breakfast itself was outstanding and very plentiful. But it is Rudolf who made the stay so enjoyable. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful and just an amazing man. He gave us many recommendations for eating, booked dinner for us at a restaurant, gave us umbrellas when the weather looked like it might rain, gave me advice on the best way to go for a walk, sent WhatsApp messages with recommendations for where we were headed the next day...absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend Villa Eira highly enough.
