Luis, his mother and the other staff and guests were incredibly friendly. Luis kindly upgraded our room (free of charge) to help better accommodate our children and giving us more space. We had a fridge we could use and always had a car parking place very close by. It was a wonderful base for our family to explore the region. Upon our departure Luis and his family bid us a lovely farewell (giving our children toys and sweet pastries). Honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks so much to the whole team.

This hotel is newly renovated, the room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the river and was tastefully designed, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything. Starting with location, if you are going to do treatments at Termas de São Pedro you just have to cross the street. (I went to try the upper respiratory treatments for my problems with sinus congestion and allergies and I’m really happy with the results). Balneários Rainha Dona Amélia is just around the corner. Then I have to mention and be grateful to the owner sra. Lucinda and the staff sra. Helena e sra. Graciete, I felt like I was staying at friend’s house. Thank you so much!💖. And what a beautiful house, the main living area have a fire place that is perfect to relax at the end of those chili days… Breakfast are really good. I’ll definitely go back. 😊

Great location. Excellent staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Catarina always went out of her way to help us. She had great recommendations for typical restaurants and options for inexpensive meals. She also helped us to plan our itinerary a bit better. We were able to enjoy an extra spa session at another location before our reservation at the thermal spa.

It was perfect hotel with helpfull staff and comfortable yard with parking. There is convinian location, very close to center of town. Nice embankment is near the appartment.

Great location, great Host , Great Staff, Good Shower which is actually adjustable unlike some other hotels Close to the Church Close to the Thermas Close to the River Vouga Great reasonable priced cafe outside with excellent staff Great shops to look around in . Bus Stop for Rede Expressos just outside the next street so you just have to walk round for few minutes to the hotel. Alphonso Cafe sells the tickets to the bus routes back Porto and Vizeula.

The room was and the location of the accommodation is perfect. Hosts are super kind and nice people, I can only recommend. We would like to come back for sure.

The fact that I was able to get my room switched and upgraded, for no extra charge. The manager was only a little tough at first, until he understood the problems we faced with the room itself.

It was quiet this time of year but tge owner was so helpful getting me and my bicycle sorted. He even gave me advice on my route conditions the next morning.
