Good facilities. Good location near airport and, at the same time, very quiet. Public transport takes you very fast to the center of the city. Public parking is not free, but is cheap and easy to pay and update. If you do not want to prepare it yourself, good breakfast is at 10' walking distance. Organization and the information provided by the manager is excellent and helps you a lot during your stay.

Very cosy room, very clean, hot water 24h, comfortable bed and all the basic amenities included. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. There was a small treat everyday in our room and there was always something to eat and drink (fruits, coffee, cakes) in the dinning area, 24h a day. The breakfast was also nice. The location of the hotel is amazing, outside of the metro station (literally 10steps away from the hotel entrance), which was very helpful as there was a direct line to airport ( about 20mins distance) and another direct line to the city centre (4 stops from Restauradores metro station). The route to the city centre is also nice by walking, through the very beautiful park (around 35 mins walk).I would definitely recommend it for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Lisbon. Thank you guys!

Rooms are beautifully decorated; the dining, the sitting room, the courtyard, cellar, spa, every space has its own identity and ties in with the theme of the hotel superbly. It was also clean and spotless. Sheets and bedding are soft and comfy. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They have a pianist and violinist playing at breakfast and at different periods throughout the day, it was the most relaxing environment to be in. We wanted to know if there was a laundromat near the hotel, but instead we were offered complementary laundry service instead! Location was great. We are not going to stay anywhere else the next time we're in Lisbon again. Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed in.
