A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

I’ve been to many clean places in my life and through my many travels. THIS PLACE IS CLEANER. The host is amazing. Very helpful, patient, kind and thoughtful. 10/10 Bathroom, Room, Internet 10/10 The breakfast was delicious and has a good balance. 10/10 The location is a 5/6 min walk to the station and there are shops closeby. 10/10. Everything was handled properly by the host, and I loved it.
