If you plan to visit Yala national park, this will be great choice to stay. The accomodation is nice, clean snd 2 minutes from the beach. The owner has build it all by himself. He is super kind, helpful and the best cook! Really recommend to have dinner at his place - we had red snapper and it was delicious. He can also organise for you the safari tour.

It’s a beautiful clean house in a peaceful garden area, walking distance to anything you need in a quieter town. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the bed was comfortable; shower, AC etc worked great. The hosts were really lovely, offering free tea, a fruit soda and fresh fruit from their garden to us on arrival. On top of that, they arranged a safari for us that was low cost and super fantastic!! Our driver was young but seemed to just know how long we’d want to spend with each animal and always asked us if we needed more time or not. We had read a lot about Yala safaris being a hectic experience as everyone chases leopards in the morning, but ours was a beautiful time watching the sunrise and seeing so many animals as we drove around the gorgeous park. We dodged traffic jams of jeeps and saw every animal on our list except the rare sloth bear. When there was a leopard spotted he took extra time on the tour to make sure we caught the sighting and got us a great spot in the crowd. He was also a safe driver. Thanks all!

We booked only one night but we stayed 4 nights. The accomodation is in the middle of rice fields - it’s incredible awesome, price is good, everything is clean and it feels like a home in little paradise. The owner Shantha is very friendly, perfect cooker - he cooked great fish with salad and rice for us and also rice and curry. Delicious. He also took us on safari to Yala National park. Amazing place to stay with amazing owner. 10/10
