Beautiful country house with nice swimming pool. Very big and clean room with all possible facilities. The owner is incredibly friendly and she did everything to make us feel home - hospitality at its best! There's a cheap and good trattoria next door.

What a wonderful place! Only 2 rooms, so it is nice and quiet, and both rooms are upstairs so there is no chance for stomping above. The area of the B&B is rural, so there was no road noise--only birds and kids playing could be heard from the window. It is a great spot for walks and bike riding, and in a beautiful area surrounded by vineyards. The hosts are fabulous--kind, generous (with homemade cookies available at all times) and relaxed, and they speak good English too. The room and bathroom we had were absolutely huge, so no complaints on space, and there were 2 armoires to store your things. The bathroom was equally large and everything worked great. Lastly, we enjoyed a meal (cooked by Fausto) with the family and the food was outstanding, the local wine was nice, and the company with Fausto and Wanna (sp?), along with the other German guests staying, was a great experience. That they were dog-friendly and provided parking in a safe area were additional positives.

The property is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the Euganei hills. it is clean and has a homely feel. Massimo the host took the greatest care in helping us to have the best stay possible, he was extremely welcoming and offered some great advice on local things to do. There was a lovely help yourself breakfast available at no extra charge (and some Easter eggs as it was Easter weekend which my toddler was very happy about). I would love to return to La Locanda!

The property is located in a beautiful area and has stunning views! Our room was located on the ground floor, was comfortable, had a fridge and a newly renovated bathroom. There was plenty of space and chairs on the property to just relax and do nothing! There were other guests but we sadly saw them and the entire stay felt very private and quiet. We would definitely come back to this place!

Great location, comfortable room and bathroom, amazing breakfast and a fantastic host. Even the "farm" dog, chickens, cat and robot lawn mower were lovely. Get ready for probably the best view from your breakfast table in Italy is all I can say.

The location is perfect to explore the area, both within the Colli Euganei park and to visit nearby towns. The closest town has everything one needs for the stay, including shops and restaurant. The venue also has a restaurant that however we didn't have time to try (next time for sure!)

A great place to stay, more like a small hotel. The breakfast was great, classic Italian sweet breakfast. The room was nice and although the restaurant is below, it wasn't noisy. Great view from the terrace in the morning, parking is also there. Great place to stay to explore Verona, Bologna and Padova. Also, Arqa is a great afternoon walk.
