The meet & greet the professional approach to good customer service. Paul ferried us to a local Pub/Restaurant that was excellent value for money(Leslie had pre-booked us) It was a Godsend. We had to departure early than expected due to forecasted storm warning 17th February, Paul gave us the correct information to get to East Midlands airport. Host Kathy was very welcoming and very accommodating throughout my stay. She checked in and tidied the space every day. A nice Continental breakfast was laid out each morning in the adjacent dining room. Location was perfect in relation to where my family live and it was easy for them to access to pick me up for days out. Location was close and in walking distance to the railway station and the Lexicon mall. Has the best walk in shower! Lots of hot water and great water pressure. I utilized the small fridge provided and the microwave. Good secure wi-fi and TV and lovely garden to sit in if you want to. The location is very quiet and the annex is light and bright.
