We loved staying at Banff boutique inn! first of all the staff and Poline and Hannah especially, were so nice and helpful. Free parking, quiet but near downtown location worked perfectly for us. We brought our own groceries and cooked at the full equipped kitchen with no problems. The complimentary Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate were so good and in great quality. The common area next to the fire place and the books and board games let us feel like a home for two nights. It was amazing, romantic vacation in the snow.

April was so sweet and accommodating to our needs! She helped us move our things in and gave us a well detailed tour of the property upon arrival. She also gave us plenty of recommendations for fun things to do in Banff and made us breakfast the morning of our leaving since we didn’t have time to go to a coffee shop before our shuttle arrived. All around, very sweet and perfect location!!!

Susan is a friendly and accommodating host. The house itself is very nice, the rented rooms (2) are private with their own entrance separate from the main house. Perfect location, just around the corner from Downtown Banff. Hot tub, varied breakfast menu, and in 5 days we never noticed the train noise other reviews have complained about.

+ Big room with balcony + daily breakfast in the fridge: one can be flexible in time for breakfast and we had it on the balcony in the sun + parking + Uncomplicated checkin and checkout + thanks for waiting and enabling the late check in + thanks for the toaster (you bought one, because we needed one, that was really not necessary, hopefully other guests will also use it ! Thank you soo much!)
