Anke and Niels were wonderful hosts -- and great cooks! The room was large and the bathroom was even larger. Dinner was exceptional (do try the Gentse waterzooi and the kaas kroketten), and breakfast was very good. A lovely old house with great details everywhere, with a very pleasant back garden (great for dinner in the summer). Overall a very good stay.

A very friendly welcome. Great communication, and very helpful. Modern, high quality and well maintained. Exceptionality clean. Great facilities (a lounge with a full sized bar for guests, and a kitchenette for taking breakfast or making sandwiches and tea or coffee). A very generous breakfast (extra). An extremely comfortable bed in a cozy double bed room with en-suite facilities. All the necessary modern fire safety precautions. Beautiful rural location, but not difficult to find and within easy reach of Gent and other tourist locations, it also felt very safe. Great off road parking. Very good value. The owners who live on site clearly take great pride in their property, and go out if their way to be helpful. Highly recommended!

El edificio está completamente renovado por dentro con un estilo moderno pero también acogedor y funcional. Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban perfectamente equipados, muy luminosos y limpios. Al día siguiente por la mañana teníamos el desayuno listo en la entrada con una gran abundancia de comida con especial mención a la macedonia de frutas cortadas y peladas.

The breakfast was very big and varied, there was more than I could eat haha. They even asked us if we had any special diets or needs and were willing to accommodate in case necessary.
