I've never felt so comfortable while staying at hotels or guesthouses. The room (and the whole villa) is a cozy place with minimalistic design and interesting details like antique refurbished furniture. The neighborhood is green and quiet. All areas in the house are really clean. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

this is my first time staying at a hostel, and the all-girls place that the landlady Lisa provided was 1- super clean, comfortable and despite that it was not her job to do so, she provided towels and toiletry. 2- safe 3- and very central at close proximity to Dubai media city and all attractions in Marina 4- you just cross the street and can enter the hotels with their beach facilities (some pose a fee), and the nearest free beach either at JBR or al Sufouh is less than 7 min away by taxi. 5- the views overlooking the emirates golf course were breathtaking. 6- I extended my stay for a few more days and Lisa was super helpful in providing accommodation at another place she runs across the street it was also super clean, safe with breathtaking views overlooking Dubai Palm island

La struttura è in una posizione fantastica. Ovvio se si ha piacere di fare un tuffo nella Dubai Vecchia. Comunque pur volendo spostarsi a circa 250 metri c'è la metropolitana. Il personale è gentilissimo. La struttura permette di fare esperienza delicata, immersa nel silenzio una volta che si è dentro, e dove gli spazi comuni diventano tranquillamente l'estensione della camera. Si deve vivere per descrivere la quiete che trasferisce. E per me non è la prima volta che vengo a Dubai.....ci vivo praticamente.

Dear XVA Team, We had a great experience at your beautiful hotel with the history. The Hotel staff are welcoming, always ready to help. Thanks to General Manager for fast checkin and explaining what to see nearby. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with local touch. Really liked that the team placed welcome amenity - fruits and water with lemon. Every detail in XVA art hotel is the true art. And it was nice to meet with Mrs Mona Hauser. I wish more and more positive reviews from guests.
