Opening to a balcony with Aegean Sea views, all studios and apartments come with a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs. Each private bathroom includes a shower. Quite location, private beach under the shadow of trees.  All standard rooms have a great Sea view. Rooms  are well equipped. Has a kitchen with refrigerator, oven,  coffee & toast machine, French press, coffee pot… Big enough balcony to have breakfast and enjoy the view. There is enough sand area for kids to play on the beach. The sea is clear, but a little rocky. We have seen red starfish, small octopus, many small and big fishes. Be careful with sea urchin. There are two canoe free to use.  The owner is very hospitable. When we arrived, he offered us cold drinks as well as a Greek coffee.  The cleaning lady is also very gentle. She surprised us by cleaning or dirty dishes. We are very thankful to everyone to make our holiday pleasant. Be aware that the location is one hour and 15 minutes far away from Vathi port by car. There is no meal service so you may need to buy food / beverage before you arrive. Markets are not walking distance, but there is one or two restaurants you can walk. Nearest town is Kampos. You can find several nice restaurants.

Just 300 metres from the beach of Kokkari in Samos, Loukia offers air-conditioned studios with free WiFi and balcony with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Shops and tavernas are 150 metres away.

A kitchenette with a refrigerator and cooking facilities is included in all units at the Studios Loukia. Featuring a bath, private bathroom also comes with free toiletries. We had an excellent stay in Kokkari - great location, quite centrally and at the same time super quiet, the apartment had a nice balcony with a superb view. We would definitely come back

All studios have a private bathroom with shower and amenities. Peace and quiet. A very nicely situated hotel with a beautiful view and a large swimming pool. Close to the city and beach. Very good and nice service. Apartment always clean and fresh. Well-equipped kitchen, everything you need on a place. The refrigerator has a freezer and you can make ice for your drinks! Which is a big plus. Well-functioning air conditioning! A beautiful and well-kept garden around the whole apartaments. It was nice to have breakfast on the patio. Very nice and helpful owners. Good hosts! We definitely recommend it!

A small but cute hotel, offering 10 deluxe suites and 4 apartments, located out of Samos Town in a quiet residential area of Kalami, it is both close to the town for those who wish (15-20mins walk) and secluded enough for those who wish to escape. Much better than the pictures! It was a well managed, comfortable, and beautiful place! Nancy is a great manager and helpful in giving accurate information on places to visit. The view was great. The staff kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good with fresh orange juice and served in a delightful terrace over the pool with fantastic views! We enjoyed the stay!

Offering a small garden with seating area, Katerina Apartments in Kokkari village is located 50 metres from the beach. It offers self-catering studios with balcony, terrace or patio. Free public parking is available. First of all the facility giving you the best they can. Managing by lovely family. They are treating you like their own. I stayed with my mum, dad and cousins. We rented 2 apartments. They were very cousy and spotless. We all loved the place. The location was very beautiful and central with a beautiful garden. Thank you again for a lovely holiday.

Surrounded by beautiful greenery and the sea, Nafsika Villas are located on the hillside of Kerveli in Samos. It offers a private beach, garden and self-catering accommodation with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Incredibile value for money, amazing location with private beach and absolutely fabulous staff always ready to help. Definitely recommended!
