The location was incredible - right next to a tabaccheria for bus tickets. The space was clean and well-equipped, and I loved how much like home it felt. The hostess was the very best part!! I learned I had lost my passport when I checked in, and she worked so hard to help me contact the bus station and post office and to stay positive. She even helped me make a report at the police station. I can't think of ever having a host that went so above and beyond in this way. During a time that is stressful and inconvenient, I felt cared for and supported far from home. I am so grateful.

The owners made a special effort to do a deep clean to accommodate my allergies. The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes walk to both the town centre and the lakeside beaches. Everything is maintained to a high standard. Every morning the garden and pool are cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. At the end of my stay the owners kindly extended my check out time.
