It was very clean and comfortable. We arrived at 11pm and were greeted by the very friendly owner. The property had everything we needed for a very relaxing 5 day stay. The supermarket opposite was very useful too. It was in a great location and we very much enjoyed walking to different places including across the island to Agios Georgios.

The place was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped. We parked on the street, there is always an empty parking lot. the host lives upstairs with her family, they were all very friendly people. There were several nice restaurants and markets near the house. Also place looks better than photos.

Really…i don‘t know where to start! A perfect house middle in south east coast of Corfu.. with all the details for the family…very clean pool, accurated garden, grill area, big balcony, modern kitchen, two fantastic bed room, climatizer everywhere needed, two bathrooms, TV with all acces to netflix, amazon prime in every room, fridge, oven, toaster…. and space for everybody. Antonis is an amazing host, 24 hours for you available to tell you which beaches are the best, which restaurants are in quality/price the most reccomandable, the places you should visit in corfu, offering you different services and everytime being patient and kind to you! Knowing our trip has delayed he waited for us, preparing us a small surprice and filling the fridge with the most important food…

It was a great rest at Playa Villas – peaceful and so enjoyable. The owner of the house, Antonis, was waiting to pick us up from the bus stop and welcomed us with perfectly prepared house, surprising with cooled Prosecco and a plate full of fruit salad. He helped us in lots of various situations extremely quickly replying to all our requests and needs – from lost luggage, recommending the best sites, to booking a car and a taxi in a good price. Apartment was cool, over our holidays the excellent working air conditioning in each one of the rooms was life saving :) the apartment is new, clean, comfortably organised. The barbecue brought us a lot of joy, enabling us to have self made meals in the wonderful garden. The staff took care of our swimming pool everyday; controlled the functioning and quality of the water in the pool in a very discrete way. The cleaning service was very precise. Petriti is a lovely town on a countryside, … with its queietness and peace. You can buy fresh fish from fisherman in the morning in a local marina and observe the real life of the small Greek community. There are three cheap shops where you can buy everything you need. But what’s the most significant are the people. Thank you Antonis for your professionalism, generosity and kindness! We had an amazing time!

They thought of everything, it was very new and so comfortable. Absolutely loved this accommodation. Kostas visited everyday cleaning the pool etc and was so friendly and informative. Petriti is a lovely little village, do not need a car but best to have one to explore the area and make it easier.

Great place for rest and living! Well designed house, a lot of functional details, high quality of appliances, furniture etc, make your stay here comfortable and calm. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one cozy living room, one bathroom with bath, washing machine and needed staff and very well planned kitchen with all the staff you need: full-sized fridge, kettle, toster, grill, dishes for cooking and serving. There are spacious wardrobes in both bedrooms. Very clean and stylish. The yard is a bonus: well-groomed territory with tables and sofa/chairs on different sides around the house, so you have shade in any time throughout the day. The main bonus is the host! She's always ready to help and very pleasant person to communicate! It's probably the first apartment I want to live in) highly recommend!

Spacious living room, AC in every room, everything looked very good, location was good and close to beaches and restaurants, it was quiet and free private parking. The host was really friendly and helped us every time.

We simply loved the house and the staff. Everything we could've asked for was already there - washing machine, dryer, iron, foehn, 2 air conditioners and so on - the house is more than fully equipped. The owner was very polite and helpful. We even asked him to help us rent a car and he arranged everything for us to receive the car at the airport at landing. Upon our arrival, from the owner's side, we received fruits, water and something for breakfast (bread, butter, jam) which we found very cute. The house is very spacious (big bedrooms, living room and balcony)- exactly like it is showed in the pictures - and confortable. It is also child friendly, the adults being able to restrict the acces to the stairs. The house is very close to a lot of sandy beaches with cristal blue water from the south part of the island which we found more beautiful than the rocky ones from the northern part of the island. We also enjoyed the fact that to Petriti beach, shops, restaurants there was a short walking distance from the house. The closest port is Lefkimmi and from there a lot of boats are going on daily cruises to Paxos, Antipaxos and the Caves and also to the Blue Lagoon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We loved our stay. Simple laid-back accommodation and the most wonderful hosts, we felt like part of the family they were so kind and welcoming and amazing with our 3-year-old. This is basic accommodation with no frills in a very relaxed area. It was perfect for our needs. There is a hill up to the apartment which overlooks the fishing village, we managed this fine with a small child in tow and especially enjoyed evening strolls to the harbour, but if you have mobility needs you may consider this. We have left Petriti with new friends and know there is a lovely base to explore this end of Corfu. Highly recommend!
