The place was very near to the capital of the island and very near to two beaches, the beach of Agia Photini and Karfas. The accommodation was perfect and help for anything we needed was given immediately by our host Mitsi. Mitsi was very polite bringing us cakes and controlling that everything was clean at any point. The place is 30 minutes’ drive from Pyrgi, Mesta and Olympoi known villages worth to visit. The surroundings of the house were full of trees with a wonderfull view. This island has a very good climate and it is near to Turkey that you can visit by boat in 35 minutes. The people in this Island are sincere and polite.

Eleni, the owner of the place was so friendly that we felt as if we were at home. She helped a lot in every way. We had a nice small kitchen in our room where we could prepare our breakfast. The air conditioning was very important and it was working perfectly since it was scorching hot.

Staff is very friendly, location is good, there is a lovely small garden. Karfas beach and lidl market are very close. We pay 10 € with taxi from the port.

Very clean house with everything you need for your stay during your vacations. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom, balcony, a lot of amenities. Parking space is available. A lot of activities nearby in walking distance (gym, bakery, supermarket, cafe, playground, sports park with tennis and basketball courts). The host was very helpful, polite and offered us early check in and late check out without any additional cost!

The facility was perfect. All amenities were available. It had two bedrooms. the beds were comfortable. There is air conditioning and television in both bedrooms and living room. It had a large balcony and there was a large dining table on the balcony. Every part of the house was immaculate. One bathroom was in the bedroom and the other bathroom was at the end of the hall. The bathroom at the end of the hall had a bathtub. There were many items in the kitchen. Our host had left a lot of water and orange juice in the refrigerator. There was also a banana left for us to eat. The living room was very spacious and the seat was very comfortable. Our host Ilias was very kind. He contacted us for everything, replied to our messages immediately. He was a very interested person, he made suggestions for our trip plan.

An excellent place to stay, clean, quiet, well-equipped, within walking distance from Chios centre and with a very hospitable landlord. Flats are quite spacious and also equipped with a washing machine which comes very handy if you travel for some weeks like we did. it is also very fairly priced - a real value for money opportunity. we will definitely visit again.
