Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Conveniently located just off the A12 so that we could access Woodbridge and the coastal towns. Plenty of parking.

Wow! The apartment was so lovely. Extremely clean. Everything in the apartment is of top quality. Excellent place and very quiet. We lovely the place. I would really recommend it 👌❤️

Though the flat was next to road it didn't matter.The flat was spacious.When I asked for a Microwave as I found operating Microwave Oven tricky it was supplied next morning.This was both decent and impressive.There had been a technical hitch with electricity awith original flat booked so I got this replacement one , which at £84 a night was great value.

I have stayed at this site before but not in Maple. Maple was much more suitable to our needs. My son being a wheelchair user the bathroom was generally accessible.

Excellent in every way. The apartment, surroundings, parking, facilities, wifi and host were all faultless. Tina greeted me with a warm welcome and milk for me brew (more important to a northerner than fresh air). Definitely recommend and I look forward to my next visit.

The location was good, The Garden Room is a self-contained annex in the centre of Woodbridge, situated in the garden of one of the oldest buildings in town. There was a combined bedroom/living room, plus en suite shower room. Facilities included a fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, as well as a kettle for tea/coffee etc. The double bed was very comfortable, with a deep orthopaedic mattress. There was an armchair and sofa. The en suite was perfect, with a very good shower and hot water available all day. I had forgotten my phone-charging lead and asked if there was anywhere to buy one in town. The husband of the couple said there were no phone shops in town but immediately found a spare one he had in the nearby office. That was so helpful of him and saved me a lot of inconvenience.
