Beautiful brand new hotel, very large suite style rooms, excellently furnished with full kitchen and laundry too. Facilities all well planned and great modern design. Roof deck included jacuzzis and sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful, (Rafael, was particularly helpful having grown up nearby and knew many places to see). All the front desk staff were comfortably bilingual. Parking under building clean and convenient. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! Would definitely find a reason to return.

Downtown Magog was quite busy on the weekend, but this place was a few minutes away (walkable) and a respite from the hustle and bustle with convenient parking. The balcony facing the lake was my favorite feature. It was restful to look out and see the boats at the end of the day. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed. I was a little worried about a Murphy bed (bed that folds up into the wall unit), but it was surprisingly comfortable. I didn't have time to use the pool or fitness center, but the washer/dryer in the basement was convenient. I would stay here again.
