Arriving there, we were welcomed by the lovely Karen. Checkin was smooth and quick with the necessary information provided. The security of the hotel is excellent with proper gates and Mr Lynch being present 24/7. Karen and Herman are however the main reason why you should stay here. They will do their outmost to ensure you have a great stay. I don't think I have met better hosts at the numerous places I have stayed all over the globe. They know everything about Kingston and are very willing to share and guide you.
